3) Earthing Work

Fabrication of 3 Mtr long electrod with 40 mm dia MS round bar having 150mm long conical shape by cutting, straightening etc. then piercing it vertically inside the ground 700 mm below the ground level.

Laying of earthmat (40 mm dia MS round bar) 700 mm below the ground level after excavation by cutting straightening, welding etc.

Making of 150mm long lap joint of above laid 40 mm dia round bar by cutting, straightening, welding etc. on both side of the leg joint.

Making of 150mm long lap joint of above laid 40 mm dia round bar to connect with existing earthmat of the substation by cutting, straightening, welding etc. on both side of the leg joint.

Making of cross joint of above laid 40 mm dia MS round bar, 700 mm below the ground level by welding at all 04 corners including providing and welding of suitable size 02 Nos MS Angle Pieces on opposit corners of cross joint

Making of end joint of above laid 40 mm dia MS round bar with top of the already vertically pierced MS elctrodes, 700 mm below the ground level by welding.

Cutting, Straightening, bending, laying 700 mm below the ground and above the ground of MS Flat for the earthing of all equipments

Complete cabling work (laying, termination etc.) of different newly erected 132 KV and 33 KV equipments
