Providing the Manpower services to the D Group employees i.e Cleaners and Sewerage to maintain the cleaning of the Jilladalitha Bhavana premises ,office of the Deputy Commissioner, Kalaburagi on outsource basis from Eligible Manpower Service Provider or Agency or Firm

Tenderer must has provided Similar Nature of Work done certificate having minimum 50 Percentage to Estimate cost in Last FIVE Year (i.e F.Y 2021-22 to 2025-26). Achieved in any One Year.

Bankers Certificate of 30 Percentage to the Estimated cost i.e Rs. 4.81 Lakhs issued by the any Nationalized/Scheduled Bank in the Prescribed format(attached to this Tender Document)

To qualify for award of this contract each Tenderer in his name should have in the last FIVE years period ie 2021-22 to 2025-26 achieved in at least any TWO financial years an average Annual financial turnover of Rs. 16.01 Lakhs. (Certified with CA with UIDN number)

Provide last FIVE year (i.e 2021-22 to 2025-26) IT return copies.

The Bidder should have valid Labour Registration certificate issued by the Labour Department, Govt. of Karnataka.

The bidder should be registered firm with ESI, And also submit the Last 03 Month ESI Paid challas.

The bidder should be registered firm with EPF, And also submit the Last 03 Month EPF Paid challas.

GST and PAN Registration Certificate copy.

The bidders should not be a defaulter or a black listed firm in respect of any tender or contract in any of the Government departments/authorities/PSUs or companies. The bidder should be furnished self-declaration in this regard in Rs 100 e-Stamp paper.
