RE-ELECTRIFICATION OF C TYPE FLAT AT FACT UDL TOWNSHIP 2026

Supply, Erection,Termination and connection of the 6 way, 3ph, 415V Horizontal double door MCB DB Having following specification: 1) 63 A, 4 pole Isolator-1 No. 2) 63 A 4 pole RCCB with 30 mA sensitivity -1 No. 2) 40 A 2 pole isolators- 6 Nos. 3) 6A SP B curve MCB -1 No. The contractor's scope also includes mounting of DB using suitable frame fabricated by MS angle frame (25 x 25 x 6), epoxy painted (primer+2 coats) and properly fixing on wall. The incoming PVC armoured cable (upto 4 X 50 sqmm), outgoing flexible copper cables of 4 sqmm, earth cables of size 2.5 sq mm for power circuit and outgoing cable for staircase lighting shall be glanded/terminated and connected using suitable cable lugs/clamps/ties. All Required structural items, DB with DP/MCBs, flexible glands, suitable pvc pipes etc, shall be in the scope of the contractor. Existing incoming armoured cable can be used for main supply from Piller Box. If incomer cable length is not adequate for termination in DB, cable should be jointed with copper/aluminum flexible cable of size similer to incomer cable by proper lug/ferrules by providing suitable joint box near DB. All unused ways in DB shall be covered using dummy plates. *** For approved makes refer ST&C.

Supply, Erection, Termination and connection of the 18 way, single phase, 230V Horizontal double door MCB lighting DB having 1) 40A DP isolators as incomers- 1 No. 2) 40A RCCB with 30 mA sensitivity -1 No. . 3) 6 A SP C curve MCBs - 5 Nos. 4) 16A SP C curve MCBs - 6 Nos. single phase out going circuits. LDB shall be mounted properly concealed on the wall by the contractor. Incomer for this DB should drawn through ISI marked pipe size not less than 20mm from main DB fixed in the ground floor by using suitable metal saddles spacing not less than 50 cm.The contractor shall use 4 sq.mm cables for the phase and neutral conductors, and 2.5 sq.mm cables for the earth connection. All Required items for this Work Shall Be in the scope of the Contractor Including the proper plastering / cementing and finishing of the wall after fixing of the DB. The contractor can use 25 mm ISI marked conduit pipe, if required for routing and drawing of cables.Unsed ways in DB shall be covered using dummy plates if any. *** For approved makes refer ST&C.

Open pipe point wiring with individual control for light/Fan/Bell/Staircase lights/6 A modular plug sockets separately mounted for TV points/Modular switches, using Flexible copper cables 1.5 sqmm for control and neutral connection, through pvc conduits of size not less than 20 mm using metal saddles with spacing not exceeding 50 cm as per relevant drawings or instructions from FACT Engineer in Charge. The work shall include wiring along roof/beam/column/ceiling using clamps and drawing wires as required, preparation and fixing of modular switch boards,switches,cover plates,dummy plates etc fixing of ceiling roses on suitable junction boxes, modular step type regulators for fan, drawing of 1.5 sqmm earth wires of flexible copper wire of green color for body earthing of metal clad items, connecting, testing and commissioning. For wire length greater than 10 m shall be considered as half point. All the materials for this Work shall be in the Scope of the contractor (Selection of the switch boards in rooms shall be in the form of requirements to particular room for fans/lights/sockets etc). Supply to Switchbox from DB are considered as a Point. Also in case of any two way control of equipment is done also considered as two point. The contractor shall draw 2.5 sq.mm FRLS copper flexible cable for phase / neutral conductors, and 1.5 sq.mm FRLS copper cable for earthing, from the DB to the respective switchboards,complete with necessary terminations.The contractor can use 25 mm ISI marked conduit pipe, if required for routing and drawing of cables. *** For approved makes refer ST&C.

Open pipe point wiring with individual control for 16 A power sockets and 16 A DP switch for ACs using Flexible copper cables of size 2.5 sqmm for control and neutral connection through pvc conduits not less than 20 mm using metal saddles with spacing not exceeding 50 cm as per relevant drawings or instructions from FACT Engineer in Charge. The work shall include wiring along roof/beam/column/ceiling using clamps and drawing wires as required. Preparation and fixing of modular switch boards, switches, cover plates, dummy plates etc, drawing of 1.5 sq mm earth wires of flexible copper wire of green color for body earthing of metal clad items, connecting, testing and commissioning. For wire length greater than 10 m shall be considered as half point. All the materials for this Work shall be in the scope of the contractor. If additional power sockets are required in same Switch Boards that shall be considered as half point.The contractor shall draw 2.5 sq.mm FRLS flexible copper cable for phase and neutral conductors, and 1.5 sq.mm FRLS flexible copper cable for earthing, from the DB to the respective switchboards, complete with necessary terminations. After completion of the work, the contractor shall carry out proper plastering and ensure neat finishing of all affected surfaces, including painting to match the existing finish. All such restoration works shall be carried out to the satisfaction and approval of the Engineer-in-Charge. *** For approved makes refer ST&C.

Supply of 6A modular switches as spares for the work specified in Schedule No. 3. The brand and type of switches shall be identical to those used in the work specified under Schedule No. 3

Supply of 6A modular sockets as spares for the work specified in Schedule No. 3. The brand and type of sockets shall be identical to those used in the work specified under Schedule No. 3

Supply of Modular step type regulators as spares for the work specified in Schedule No. 3. The brand and type of Regulators shall be identical to those used in the work specified under Schedule No. 3

Supply of 16A Modular Switches as spares for the work specified in Schedule No. 4. The brand and type of Modular Switches shall be identical to those used in the work specified under Schedule No. 4.
