Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness, (Below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing tarfelt with cement plaster from roof surfaces and lowering and removing the same incl roughening of old concrete surface of roof by wire brushing and cleaning the surface to remove all loose dust etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type Bo (Using 12.5 mm graded granite stone aggregate) mixed with integral Water Proofing Compound wherever required as directed and laid on RCC slab as base layer for roof treatment including roughing the top surface of concrete by using broom sticks while the concrete is green but excluding cost of Water Proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in cement mortar (1:4) in order to maintain proper slope over existing roof surfaces for laying APP based polymeric membrane, finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound in top layer as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE : Polymeric membrane & WPC shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this Schedule 'A').

M & L PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in roof kerbs, slightly rounded or chamfered on edges, finished even and smooth on exposed concrete surface without using extra cement all complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for roof treatment with polymeric water proofing membrane to non accesible roof with the following courses as under complete all as specified :- (a) Cleaning surface by wire brushing,brooming, removing dust complete and make the surface even and smooth. (b) Applying a coat of bitumen primer conforming to IS-3384 - 1965 @ 0.40 lit/Sqm and allow to dry. (c) Applying one coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 as per IS-702-1988 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm of each coat applied over primer incl cleaning of surfaces . (d) Supply and laying 3mm thick polymeric water proofing membrane weight not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm with nonwoven polyester fabric weight not less than 160 gms/sqm over area including overlapping of 100mm(min) as per manufacturers instruction.Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60cm (min) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. (Note :- (i) Laying APP bassed polymenic membrane shall be done torch on methed or as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap of 100mm and 75mm should be made at the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as per manufacturer's instruction. (e) Applying evenly one coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 150 gm/Sqm complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: The complete work shall be done under strict supervision of manufacturers technical representative and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, ceiling etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., including removal of rubbish off the premises, removal and depositing serviceable materials where directed and leaving the work clear of any plastering complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick plastering in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick/concrete surface finished even and fair without using extra cement with water proofing compound (WPC will be measured and paid separately).

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of rotational moulded,Three layer HDPE water storage tank of 500 ltrs capacity (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) ISI (IS 12701-1996) marked fixed in position on existing places complete all as specified including 02 Nos 20mm dia full threaded UPVC tank niple, 20 mm dia brass ball valve with epoxy coated Aluminium rod with high density plastic float ball( of minium weight 210 gms ) including fixing of inlet, outlet & overflow pipe etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs gun metal, globe or gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for 20 mm bore GI pipe all complete as specified and as directed.

Removing building materials and debris (other than excavated earth) to a distance of 5 KM outside MD Land/KV Sc including loading and dumping/ leveling at the destination complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing 20 mm bore pipe and connections, complete all as specified.

Taking up or down steel tubing 25 mm bore pipe and connections, complete all as specified.

S & F 20 mm CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc., any type of pipe cost include elbow, Tee, union sockets where requried complete all as specfied.

S & F 25 mm CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc., any type of pipe cost include elbow, Tee, union sockets where requried complete all as specfied.

Demolition of brick masonary work, built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars, etc. but excluding precast concrete articles etc. and deposited where directed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with old size sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness, (Below or above ground level) separation of serviceable materials from the unserviceable, stacking the serviceable materials complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in landings, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, cover slabs (for manholes etc.) shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 0.71 mm thick plain Aluminium sheeting, Alloy 31000 H4 in drip and straight flashing (length and girth as fixed)complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Soil/ waste pipes (any size or pattern) including all fittings, Bends etc.,complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) rain water pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) bends of any radius complete all as specified and directed.

S& F 100 mm Cast iron soil, waste and vent pipes in any length with or without ears, with cement joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 100 mm cast iron soil, waste Bends (any radius), diminishing pieces or tapers (larger bore measured) complete all as specified and directed.
