Supply, installed, testing and commissioning step down transformer of capacity 630KVA, Copper wounded, Outdoor type complete with standard fittings HT 11 KV 3 Phase and LT 433 Volts 3 phase 4 wire Transformer with and including trolly 50 Hz, core type double copper wound, oil immersed. oil cooled, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with victor group DYN-11 with natural brought out on secondry side (LV side) and having tapping at + 7.5% in step of + 2.5% on HV side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changer gear. The maximum temp rise should not exceed 45 degree celsius in oil and 55 degree Celsius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continous full load run on an ambient temperature of 40 degree Celsies. The Transformer shall be IS- 1180, level II marked including Trolley covered with iron mesh and shall be painted two coat of epoxy paint to be used for above Transformer with pulling eye/hook and four wheels for Mobile usage and shall comprises of the following :- (a) One cable box on HT side (Primary) consisting of three Nos porceian bushing suitable for 11 KV on HV side complete with copper rods, nuts and washers. (b) One cable box on LT side (Secondary side) consisting of four Nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers with cable glands (c) Buchholz Relay (having contacts for alarm & trip) (d) OTI (having contacts for alarm & trip) (e) WTI (having contacts for alarm & trip) (f) Marshalling box (c ) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge (d) De- hydrating breather with first type fill of dehydrating agent (Silica Gel) (e) Explosive vent, thermometer pocket on tank cover, Oil level gauge, Oil dgain filter valve, Lifting lugs, Oil filling hole with cap , plug with connection plate complete. Air release valve plug and four nos plain solid cast steel detachable rollers. (f) One no 100 mm dia dial type thermometer vapour pressure type , having range 0-120 Degree Celsius with metal guard having mazimum perimeter temperature reading indicator with re- setting devices (g) Two earthing terminal on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 32x6 mm GI iron earth strip for earthing of body .

(h) Rating plate and terminal marking plate (j) Extra bushing for neutral, out side the cable box for providing independent set of earthing for neutral. (k) First filling of new transformer oil, IS- 335 marked, filtered and tested. Transformer shall be painted two coat of epoxy paint all as specified. (l) Trolley to be used for above Transformer with pulling eye/hook for mobile usage. Other trolley specifications are as follows:(i) Trolley should be of suitable size (min 12 ft×8 ft) to house/mount the transformer over it (with proper spacing to carry out maintenance work and for keeping the HT & LT cable with rolled in drum) with proper caging arrangement with 3mm wire mesh guarding & openable iron door on both sides as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (ii) Floor: Trolley floor should be made of MS chequred plate 10mm thick completely able to carry load of transformer (min 8 MT) with chequered MS plate throughout welded on long and cross members or as directed by Engineer in Charge. (iii) There must be four trolley wheels (front-2 Nos and rear-2 Nos) consisting of tyres with tube of size 7.50 × 16 (8 ply rated), preferably of Make (MRF/CEAT) mounted on suitable wheel disc which should be further fixed with axle assembly by means of suitable tapper roller bearing or the design as approved by Engr in Charge after furnishing of drawings. The rim of the wheel should be such to suit the tyre size. (iv) Toeing Arrangement: This arrangement should be fabricated with MS Channel with adjustable screw bar hook, toeing channel should be connected with turnable and front wheel axle which should be free to rotate 180 degree on its axis and two axle system. Provision of fixed type toeing clamp on rear of trolley welded on chassis should be made or as approved by Engr in Charge. (v) Brake: Rear wheels with hydraulic brake and hand level operated with complete system having brake drum, brake shoes, brake oil reservoir and linkages should be there. Every aspect needs to be prior approved by Engr in charge prior to procurement. (vi) Painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint (antirust paint) over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. (vii) There must be four support stand for the trolley. Note:(a) Design and drawing of trolley should be approved by Engr in Charge before procuring and design by OEM. (b) Colour of paint as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured,electric power cables (heavy duty)with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, of size 3 core 120 sq mm complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with standard aluminium conductor of size 500 sq mm 3.5 core complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for out door termination, heat shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 120 sqmm complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for in door termination, heat shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5/ 4 core XLPE, armoured, AI conductor cable of size 500 sqmm, Indoor/Outdoor type complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to Transformer/DG Set/Poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. of 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire with earthing rod complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
