O and M ON PRIVATE CONTRACT BASIS OF RWSS UMMED SAGAR DOLI DHAWA SAMDRI KHANDAP DIST JODHPUR FOR 5 YEARS PERIOD

Operation and maintenance of the RWSS Ummed Sagar as per scope of work, and existing system intake well pumping System, WTP, WTP Pump Houses, CWR Pump House Pump Houses, Cleaning of OHSR/CWR/GLSR every six month, Cleaning of all pump Houses Campus, Mainatining of garden and lawn, Maintaining of Rising and Distribution Pipe Line, Tube well, open Well Daily valve operation for given Supply of OHSR/GLSR, CWR, and Direct supply etc . maintan of surveillance and security camera System of all Pump houses and WTP, This work includes maintaining the records, maintaining power factor 0.95 and Above, dosing of chlorination as bleaching powder/chlorine gas, pump log book, material consumption statement, detail of The leakage repair, and submitted to concerned JEN / AEN every month.This work Also include Providing vehical round the clock for Monitoring and Supervision of whole water supply schemeChemicals like Alumina ferric,bleaching powder and Liquid chlorine supplied by department to Transportaion of Meterial from Division Store to sub Division is part of contractor) . Electricity bill shall be paid by the department. All other expances, taxes etc are to be borne by contractor. including cost of material , administrative & management, running of offices, work shop, garage, comprehensive operation, maintenance, repairs, cost of lubricants, consumables, initial & recurring charges of service providers for Communication network, vehicle under control of PHED for supervision during O&M, spare parts as per scope of work, terms & conditions of contract.. All other expances, taxes etc are to be borne by contractor.The bidder shall quote only lump sump price for entire period of 5 years of O&M. The approved total cost for 5 year O & M shall be paid to the contractor in increasing trend in subsequent years 1st year O&M 2 nd year O&M ( 1.05 to 1 year O&M ) 3 nd year O&M ( 1.05 to 2 year O&M ) 4 nd year O&M ( 1.05 to 3 year O&M ) 5 nd year O&M ( 1.05 to 4 year O&M )
