Provision of customized furniture at HPC Building at SAI NRC Sonepat

Providing, fabricating, supplying and fixing Office Storage Cabinet Unit comprising lower storage cabinets, upper wall-mounted storage cabinets and intermediate open working space for placement of desktop computers, printers and office equipment, made of approved quality HDHMR (High Density High Moisture Resistant) Board of minimum 18 mm thickness for shutters, sides, top, bottom and shelves, and 9 mm thick HDHMR/back panel complete with all necessary hardware such as SS hinges, telescopic drawer channels, locks, handles, screws, edge banding (2 mm PVC edge tape), magnetic catches and fittings. The cabinet unit shall have an overall depth of 750 mm (2.5 ft) with lower cabinets up to working counter level, upper cabinets above the working area, and a clear intermediate space for desktop/equipment installation. The working counter shall be finished with approved laminate of required shade and texture. All exposed surfaces shall be finished with 1.0 mm laminate and internal surfaces with 0.8 mm laminate complete as per approved design, drawings and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate shall include all materials, labour, transportation, wastage, tools & plants, fixing arrangements, polishing/finishing, taxes and all incidental charges required for complete installation and commissioning of the cabinet unit. Unit: Square feet (Sft) of front elevation area completed and accepted.

Providing, fabricating, supplying and fixing full-height storage cabinet of required size and design, made of approved quality HDHMR (High Density High Moisture Resistant) Board of minimum 18 mm thickness for sides, top, bottom, shelves and shutters, with 9 mm thick back panel, complete with internal horizontal partition shelves placed at approximately 300 mm (1 ft) vertical spacing or as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. The cabinet shall be provided with laminate finish on all exposed surfaces, edge banding with 2 mm PVC edge tape, SS hinges, handles, locks, magnetic catches, screws and all necessary hardware and fittings. The cabinet shall be fixed in position complete in all respects as per approved drawings and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate shall include cost of all materials, labour, transportation, cutting, fixing, hardware, wastage, taxes and all incidental charges required for complete installation of the cabinet.

Overall Size: 6000L × 2000W × 750H mm. Conference table top made of 18 mm thick Pre-Laminated Particle Board (PLPB), with approved laminate finish in approved shade and pattern. Table top supported on heavy-duty understructure comprising modular leg assemblies, intermediate supports and structural members to ensure rigidity and stability over the entire length. All exposed edges of table top and panels shall be sealed with 2 mm thick PVC edge banding applied through automatic edge-banding machine using hot-melt adhesive at appropriate temperature to provide smooth, impact-resistant and moisture-resistant finish. Modesty panels, end panels and vertical supports made of minimum 18 mm thick PLPB board matching the table finish. Table designed to comfortably accommodate 20 users with adequate leg space and seating clearance. Provision for integrated cable management system including cable raceways, cable grommets and access covers for power, LAN, HDMI and audio-video connectivity. Suitable provision for installation of power sockets, USB charging ports and conference equipment wherever required. Surface finish shall be scratch-resistant, stain-resistant and suitable for intensive office use.Decorative laminates shall conform to IS 2046:1995 – Decorative Thermosetting Synthetic Resin Bonded Laminated Sheets. PLPB boards shall conform to IS 12823. All fittings, hardware, connectors and workmanship shall be of approved quality

Overall Size: Approx. 2400W × 700D × 1100H mm (±50 mm tolerance). Reception counter made of premium quality MDF/HDHMR board with decorative laminate finish in approved shade and pattern. Front fascia finished in marble-pattern laminate/acrylic surface or equivalent premium finish. Main worktop made of minimum 25 mm thick board and supporting panels, partitions and storage members made of minimum 18 mm thick board conforming to IS 12406 / IS 12823 as applicable. Counter provided with dual-level design comprising visitor interaction counter and internal working desk for reception staff. Front decorative panel with marble-pattern acrylic/laminate finish and integrated warm white LED mood lighting. Integrated concealed LED lighting shall be provided with suitable driver and concealed wiring arrangement. Lockable side storage pedestal with minimum 3 drawers and 1 cabinet unit for storage of files, stationery and office accessories. Drawers mounted on telescopic channels and fitted with approved quality handles and locking arrangement. Provision for CPU storage, keyboard tray and cable management, including cable grommets and concealed cable routing for computer, telephone and peripheral equipment. Internal storage comprising lockable drawers, shelves and storage cabinets for documents, office supplies and equipment. Back panel and modesty panels provided for privacy and neat appearance. All exposed edges finished with 2 mm thick PVC edge banding. Surface finish shall be scratch-resistant, stain-resistant and suitable for regular commercial use. Base provided with adjustable levelers/anti-skid glides for stability on uneven floors. Decorative laminate shall conform to IS 2046. MDF/HDHMR board shall conform to IS 12406 and PLPB boards shall conform to IS 12823 as applicable. All hardware, fittings, LED components, electrical accessories and workmanship shall be of approved quality.
