M & L for Marble Stone Slabs of 18 to 20 mm thick of Green Colour as in Flooring, Treads, Landings of Staircase, Window Cills, Cooking Platform etc. with machine cut edges, Table rubbed and prepolished to smooth mirror finish all to required sizes, slabs shall be of design / pattern as directed, including inlays, borders, margins, set and bedded with grey cement [slurry] and jointed and pointed flush using polymer based cementitious joint filler to match the shade of the Slabs including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 and grinding & polishing after laying of slabs to mirror polish [Tin Oxide Polish] complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Single stone slab shall be used for entire width of Cills & Landing etc. and joints shall match with the flooring. The edges of Window Cills, Treads shall be bull nosed / half rounded. The edges of the treads and landings shall also be provided with three Nos of grooves.

S & F in repairs Aluminium Strip of size 25 X 3 mm, fixed to walls / columns / beams etc with Saddles or porcelain blocks of 10mm thick spaced at 1.00m centre to centre including making grooves and fixing with brass screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Hylam sheet block shall be in two pieces each 10mm thick, one fixed to base with brass screws and the other fixed over it with brass screws after fixing aluminium strip in the groove provided.

S & F in repairs Earth continuity Conductor or main earthing lead made of GI Strip of size 25 X 4mm, fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or burried in ground or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation including drawing through GI Pipe for earthing etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs Single Pointed Air Termination Aluminium Rod, 12 mm dia and 300 mm long including necessary fasteners fixed for Lighting Protection with necessary connections to earthing etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs Test Point Terminal Box of size 200 X 100 X 100mm made out of 2mm thick hot dip galvanised sheet, drilled and screwed including 6 Nos 15mm long hexagonal head screws complete with Test Point Terminal Block made of Gun Metal or Phosphorus Bronze of size 75 X 75 X 25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal head screw complete all as specified and as directed.

Note for Serial Item No. 1 to 91: The work shall be carried out up to [G + 9] Storey Height / 30 Metres height and the rates quoted are deemed to be including providing double scaffolding and safety measures as required and removal of the same on completion complete all as specified and as directed. Nothing shall be paid extra on this account. The building wherein the subject work is to be carried out is under occupation. Accordingly, the subject work shall be carried out under the said condition and the contractor shall take all precautionary measures to avoid inconvenience to the users. The site of work shall be left clean and tidy after day’s work. No obstruction to passage shall be made by dumping materials etc. All the materials obtained from demolition shall be disposed and deposited out of MD land complete all as specified and as directed. Nothing shall be paid extra on this account.
