Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth for laying pipes and getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including levelling, watering and ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete in sub floors, sub-bases, floors and paving's of cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) of 100 mm thickness complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for collecting of drinking water sample from below mentioned points all as directed by Engr-in-charge ,handling and transportation of samples to NABL accredited laboratory as approved by authorities, carrying out the analysis of drinking water as per latest IS norms complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- i)The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of collecting of samples and transportation to lab . ii) The testing and analysis of water collected considered as one job. iii) The contractor shall submit the test report of water samples once in a month.

Material and labour for cleaning of aeration tank of size 21mx7mx3m, capacity of water 450000 ltrs, removing the sludge, dirts ,sediments, slits etc from the bottom and wall inside the tank and cleaning the surface using brushes and bleaching powder and other cleaning materials as required . Applying one coat of lime wash inside and one coat of white washing out side surface including writing the details of tank, capacity and date of cleaning outside visible place all as directed by the Engr-in- charge. Location: Filtration Plant

Material and labour for cleaning of clarifier tank of capacity of water 50000 ltrs, removing the dirts ,sediments, slits etc from the bottom and inside the tank and cleaning the surface by using mechanical means with bleaching powder and other cleaning materials as required . Applying one coat of lime wash inside and one coat of blue painting outside surface including writing the details of tank, capacity and date of cleaning outside visible place all as directed by the Engr-in- charge.

M&L for repair, testing, commissioning and painting to alum/lime/ chlorine dosing system plunger type suitable to inject solution upto 30 LPH working pressure 10 kg /cm2 comprising dosing pump coupled with three phase electric motor of capacity 1.0 HP,1440 RPM assembly with agitator in one motor, agitator with SS sweep blade duly FRP coated, MS tank 2000 ltrs capacity complete with replacement of unserviceable MCB, LED indicator,digital volt meter, amp meter, single phase preventer, high voltage low voltage protection including all plumbing items with necessary pipeline,fittings,valves and electrical connections for proper functioning and cleaning of inside MS tank properly and one coat of blue painting out side surface complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note:- The rate quoted by the contractor is deemed to be inclusive of following:- 1. Dismantling, removing, rewinding of 1 HP motor and making it functional. 2. Cleaning and painting of MS tank. 3. Repairing of control panel by replacing non-functioning MCBs, single phase preventer, protection coils, digital meters and making it functional. 4. Material and labour for preparing the surface by scrapping with wire brush and emery paper and painting with one coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of existing shade including writing MES NO, of size height 2.5 cm, length depend upon number of letters outgoing and incoming electric supply, marking the water flow direction for the following equipments installed at new pump house near firing range all as directed at site and as specified. M&L for re-fill chlorine test kit with coloured ample complete with all testing fitment and 100 ML othodine solution in rexine finish wooden box/rexin box confirming to IS specification complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of old unserviceable deep leaf net of medium size with 5 Mtr extension handle complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of old unserviceable centric butterfly valves of Class PN-1.6 and of following sizes to be fixed on the Pressure filters/PVC Pipe lines etc by taking down the existing unserviceable butterfly valves complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of old unserviceable rigid non-metallic PVC conduit of dia 25mm exclusive of boxes (junction/ terminal) but inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for removing the old filter media and cleaning of internal walls of pressure filters / iron removal filter at filtration plant of size 2 mtr dia and 2 mtr height of capacity 100000ltrs/hrs by brushing with nylon brush and using bleaching powder and cleaning of existing pipe holes complete all as directed by Engineer in -charge. Note:- Rates for removal of the old filter media from the pressure filter and cleaning the filter are deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate. The media will be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

M & L for removing the old filter media and cleaning of internal walls of pressure filter of flow rate capacity 50000 litre/hr (Maximum flow rate 30-50m3/hr and back wash flow rate 3-50m3/hr) of size 1200mm dia 1150 mm vertical height by brushing with nylon brush and using bleaching powder and cleaning of existing pipe holes complete all as directed by Engineer in -charge. Note:- Rates for removal of the old filter media from the pressure filter and cleaning the filter are deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate. Supply and laying ductile iron pipes, class K-7 of size 100mm (4'') dia with spigot and socket ends centrifugally cast in any length in place of unserviceable CI pipes laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in replacement of DI specials such as bends (any type, radius,and angle) tapers any type (straight,bend, or double sockets etc) tee pieces, single branch 'Y' junction, double branch cross, collars caps and plugs etc of dia up to 150mm bore in place of unserviceable CI specials complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for replacement of tyton joints with rubber gasket for DI spigot and socket pipes and fitting of 100mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cutting existing CI pipes of any size in position for insertions of DI specials of 100 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- DI special and jointing will be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing in replacement of old unserviceable DI sluice valve ,flanged end of class PN 1.6 with stainless steel spindle with all accessories suitable for size 100 mm bore, confirming to IS specification all as specified including taking out the unserviceable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for construction of valve chamber of internal size 900mmx 900mmx900mm with , foundation PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (100mm thick) laterite stone masonary 200 mm thick in CM 1:4, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 for coping (75 mm thick) , rendering in cm 1:4 ,15 mm thick on both internal and external surfaces (15cm below GL) including provision of MS sheet cover 3 mm thick and 40x6 mm flat frame, 50x6 mm hold fast embedded in coping with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer with necessary 3 coats white wash to external surface, earth work and excavation, handle of 12mm dia MS rod etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for replacement "CID" joint with nut and bolt of size 100mm of DI pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only RO membrane type 8040 Hydro TFC membrane with TC Clamps 1&2 to the existing RO water treatment plant of capacity 6000LPH by taking down the unserviceable RO membranes complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix dosing pipe of size 6.0mm dia for water treatment complete all as specified and directed.

Comprehensive maintenance of water treatment plant of capacity 6000 LPH including cleaning, checking of complete system for trouble free functionability and replacing/servicing for the following complaints :- (a) Pre filter will be changed once in three months. (b) General service will be done once in three months. (c) Sand Media will be changed once in eleven months (d) Carbon Media will be changed once in eleven months. (e) Membrane cleaning will be done once in six months. (f) Feed pump will be serviced once in six months. (g) High pressure pump will be serviced and repaired (rewinding will be measured separately) complete all as specified and as directed by EIC. (h) Servicing of pressure gauges and pressure switch will be done (replacement of new pressure gauge will be measured separately) complete all as directed by EIC. (j) Servicing of multiport valve will be done (replacement of new multiport valve will be measured separately) complete all as directed by EIC. Note:- 1. All consumables and replacement of minor parts/ filters/ media/ valves/ gauges/switches etc. will be measured and paid separately. 2. Attending breakdown call & necessary services included under the unit rate quoted. 3. The rate quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to inclusive of labour cost only for replacement of pre filter, sand media, carbon media, multiport valve, flow meters and all other materials. The materials will be supplied and measured seperately under relevant items.

M&L for repair/rewinding of electric motor 10 HP, discharge 10 m3/hr, Head- 165.20mtrs, Make:- Grundfoss , Type: CR10-20 A-FJ-K-E-HQQE, Model No- A96766674P11415 (a) Disconnecting the electrical cable from the terminal box of motor and decoupling the motor from the pump , remove the motor from foundation bed and lifting the motor using chain pulley block and transporting to authorised work shop. (b) Dismantling the motor and taking out the burnt copper winding /fiber strip/insulating materials. (c) Clean the stator slots by CTC solution and rewind on stator slots with dual coat super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge with insulating materials/fibre strip/varnishing and make terminal connection using existing gauge fibre glass coated wire. (d) Assembling the motor as directed by the Engr-in-charge. (e) Transporting the motor to the site, refixing on foundation channel with new bolts and nut washer and spring washer , coupling the pump and motor with correct alignment, apply grease and connecting electrical connections in motor terminal box testing complete all as directed and specified by the Engr-in-charge.

M&L for repair/replacement of DE & NDE roller bearing of 10 HP Pump set's induction motor, vertically mounted motor/pump Type: CR10-20 A-FJ-K-E-HQQE, Model No- A96766674P11415 Make: Grundfoss (a) Removing the motor from foundation bed and lifting the motor using chain pulley. (b) Removing the unserviceable DE Roller bearing and NDE using bearing pullar. (c) Dismantling the old bearing from rotor shaft and pressing new bearing. (d) Transporting the motor to the site refixing on foundation channel with new bolts and nuts, coupling the pump and motor with correct alignment, apply grease and connecting electrical connection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for decoupling the 10HP pump & motor and transport the pump to work shop , dismantle the split case centrifugal pump to replace the unserviceable bearing 2 set , gland set replacement work of double suction brass impeller and lathe work on new stainless steel shaft along with replacement brass collar ring, gland sealing stainless steel sleeve for each side of pump shaft, coupling set, gland flange etc. Assembling the pump, coupling the pump and motor with correct alignment and testing complete for the 10HP Pump set complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in charge Type: CR10-20 A-FJ-K-E-HQQE, Model No- A96766674P11415.
