Project Management Consultancy (PMC) i.e. Preparation of DPR including Design, Drawings, Estimation and Tender Documents, to assist in Evaluation and Finalization of Tenders by VPT, Supervision of entire project Work till Commissioning of the Total System / Project work i.e. Up- gradation of Fire Fighting Facilities for LPG Berth to accommodate Vessels of capacity more than 40,000 DWT Vessels as per latest OISD – 156 Guidelines. The installation works shall be carried out during ship gaps. The consultants has to plan accordingly and work. The total consultancy charges quoted shall be for total completion of works. No extra charges are payable. Period a) 3 (Three) months for preparation of DPR, Design, Drawings, Estimation, Preparation of Tender documents, Evaluation of Tender Documents and Finalization of Tenders with the approval of VPT officials. b) 12 months for Monitoring/ Supervision for Procurement of equipment, installation (shall be carried out in ship gaps) and Commissioning of Fire Fighting Facilities carried out by the Contractor (Successful Tender). However, the charges quoted shall be for entire completion of works.

Submission of Detailed Project Report (DPR) for up-gradation of Fire Fighting Facilities for LPG Berth/VPT as per the OISD-156 guidelines to handle Vessels above 40,000DWT, duly studying the existing facilities on the berth including Electrical Works like Sub-Station, Transformers, Panels, Power and Control cables etc., and Civil Works- Pump house capacity (size), Monitor Towers and Pedestals etc., 2. Design and Drawings. 3. Preparation of Estimates. 4. Preparation of Tender documents. 5. To assist in Evaluation and Finalization of Tenders by VPT 6. Scrutiny of Technical Specifications of Equipment/Materials. 7. Supervision of execution of works till completion of the project
