super structure

supply and fabrication of steel truss (structure )bridge as per detailed drawing ,supply of all structural steel confirming to IS 226-1969 required for proper completion of bridge including ground erection of the oxide paint confirming IS 5660 as per specifications and drawing including all T&P etc nuts and bolts washers railing of MSA flat and also including supplying and fixing of shop refred as per drawimg The rates shall include ground errection in the worksop and its dismental after inspection approval and removing of deffects , match marking of all parts numbering and proper stcaking in the premise of worksop befoe cartage to site of work .The work shall be executed in with IS 1915-1951 and its latest revision shall be applicable the rate shall inclduing cost of all material its wastage and cutting labour, T&P etc. and also including proper stacking after dismanting of ground erection all required equipment shall be arranged by the contractor as his own cost , which shall be taken back by the contractor after satisfactory execution of thr job. Also including supply of all material, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per directed direction of enhgineer -in-charge

Erection of steel truss(grider) Bridge (upto60m span) as per drawing with reqired camber including of fabncated parts from the place of stack near site including submission of launching plan by the contractor , (duly vetted by a recognised reputable institution /consultant if required) and approved by the engineer in charge , service bolte to used shall be of a approved make the rate inclduign of all cost of all labour T&P equipmenst civil work and consumabes costs of all laboour its erection also including cosy of safety proepr completion of the work as direction of engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing LOGO of PMGSY project providiung and fixing of typical PMGSY informatory sign board with logo as per MORD specification and draweing duly three MS plate of 11.6 mm thick top and middle palte duly welded swith MS angle iron 25mm X5mm size on back on edges the lower plate will be welded with MZS angle iron frame of middlr plate will be welded to 2nos 75mm X 75mm of 12SWG sheet tube posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450mm X 450mm 600mm ,600mm below gorund level The top most diamond pate will be welded to middle plate by 47mm X 47mm of 12 SWG steel plate will be stove enamelded on both sides lkateering and printing arrows borders etc will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint shade and colour two coats of epoxy paint as per drswing 1701 and annexure 1700.1

Note:- This BOQ includes the scope of Load Testing of Bridge as per IRC norms after erection and commissioning of Bridge at site. No extra cost shall be paid to the Contrctor for this item. Load Test includes the scope as below: Doing load test on bridge span as per IRC (SP 51-1999) code provision, inclusive of mobilization of manpower,Equiments/founding Arrangements etc. testing charges, sand bag Filling, loading, shifiting, De mobilization Hiring of loading Trucks, hosting Arrangements complete in all respect. (bridge span 90 m 1.5 Lane) (Will be done by Contractor at his own Cost)
