It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Valid EPF registration certificate

To qualify for award of the respective contract each tenderer in his name should have in the last five Years period ie from 2020-21 2024-25Achieved in at least Two financial years a minimum Financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of value usually not lessThen the estimated cost under this contract for work

Banker Details

Within 5 days of receipt of the Letter of Acceptance, the successful Tenderer shall deliver to the Employer a Security deposit for an amount equivalent to 5 % of the Contract price. (For reserved works, FSD shall be deducted in RA bill sand in case of Final Bill it shall be deducted in final bill as per GO).
