M&L for removal of vegetation growth and bushed etc n.exc 30cm girth including cutting of trunk portion, protruding over ground, diggingout roots, filling holes and levelling off ground, stacking of serviceable materials and removing of unserviceable materials to a distance n.exc 50m and cleaning the site complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in any type soil, each n.exc 0.5 cum, getting out and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) Type D2 (40 mm graded aggre-gate) as in foundations, filling and mass-concrete in post holes or similar work omplete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work as in hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 steel with and including necessary drilling holes etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: The unit rate quoted by contractor is deemed to be inclusive of cutting to dead lenth where required, notching, drilling, fitting, rivetting and/or welding or connecting with bolts and nuts (including rivets or bolt and nuts), providing and fiitings angle cleats, fish plates, gusset plate etc., also for welding plumbing, truing up and fixing complete. No claim whatso ever shall be entertained by Govt on this account.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gates, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and or riveted or forged into spikes, framed, barred iron door, ladders, fencing work ect. conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed. Note: The unit rate quoted by contractor is deemed to be inclusive of cutting to dead lenth where required, notching, drilling, fitting, rivetting and/or welding or connecting with bolts and nuts (including rivets or bolt and nuts), providing and fiitings angle cleats, fish plates, gusset plate etc., also for welding plumbing, truing up and fixing complete. No claim whatso ever shall be entertained by Govt on this account.

S&F galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts , including,securing or tying at crossings with and Provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc. as directed ( each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600mm dia streched to 6 metre length, having 50 Nos spiral turn per 6 metre length spring core wire (2.59 mm thick) of high tensile strength of 1620N/sqmm with tape (0.52mm thick) Hot dip galvanised upto 20 microns, weight of each coil 8.50 kg and fixing the same on existing Y-shaped angle iron with 6 horizontal R.B.T. (Reinforced Barbed Tape) wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. Clips to retain horizontal clips shall be @ 05 nos per 02 Nos spiral turns approximate 125 clips per coil including neccessary bolts complete all as specified and as diected.

M&L for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) dia of neck 5 to 10mm with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n.exc 5cm long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link mild steel galvanised wire fencing of mesh size 100mm x100mm and dia of wire 3mm complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link mild steel galvanised wire fencing of mesh size 100mm x100mm and dia of wire 3mm including 5mm dia GI line wires at top and bottom fixed to any type of standards rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1. The unit rate quoted by contractor is deemed to be inclusive of fixing of ms round bar for line wire and for which supply only rate will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for RCC (nominal),1:2:4, type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches n.exc 1.5 m width and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in any type of soil for foundation etc n.exc 10 sqm on plan complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) Type C2 (40 mm graded aggre-gate) as in foundations, filling and mass-concrete in post holes or similar work omplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with old size full brick subclass ‘B’ burnt clay bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in any type of soil incl spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in thickness complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for use and waste of form work to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions in rough finished surface, square or rectangular of concrete complete all as specified and directed complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for 15mm thick plastering on other than fair faces of brick work in CM (1:4), surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement primer complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The newly plastered surface must be prepared in a manner so that there should not be any impression of dent and it should be made even and smooth all as per satifaction of Engr-in-Charge. The cost of all materials, T&P and labour required for preparation of surface are deemed to be included in the rates quoted.

S&F 1.60 mm thick mild steel, plain black sheet in wall cladding, water troughs, ducts and similar works, cut to size, edges, beaded if directed, hole punched, including round headed screw, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel member etc with plain 40 mm lap joint or welded/riveted seams including bending as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over as in tighting of chain link fencing including cutting to shape, necessary drilling, bolting etc Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) quality -A or Fe 290 (Gde-E-185) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars as in reinforcement, 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming complete and all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or grith complete all as specified and directed.
