Labour only for dismantling of BLDC Fan of size 1200 mm sweep and taking out damaged/ defective PCB board and replacement of PCB board, bearing etc and testing after assembling the fan. Note :- Spares will be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only PCB board and compatible remote for BLDC Fan size 1200 mm

Dismantling of exhaust fan 450/380 mm sweep of any make/model, opening for cutting, taking out existing unserviceable winding wire , rewinding with super enamel copper wire of existing gauge, including varnishing and insulating material with washer, split pin , checknut, hanging clutch , condenser clamp, assembling, with required flexible wire assembling and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Condensor, Bearing and Bushes etc will be measured and paid seperately

All as per Srl item 3 above but for exhaust fan 350/300 mm sweep. Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only of condenser 4/3.15 MFD suitable for exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only of condenser 2.5 MFD exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only of Ball bearings 6202, 6203, 6201 or suitable size as reqd duly greased packed of Make DKF/NBC.

Supply only of Gun metal bushes of suitable sizes as required

Supply and fix in replacement Copper flexible PVC sheathed and overall insulated three core cable 23/.0076 of make Plaza/ Paragon/Finolax

Taking down carefully storage water heater of 25 liters, and dismantling inner tank & outer tank, pipe assembly, cleaning thoroughly with rescaling liquid/compound, overhauling complete to ensure free & continuous flow of water through outlet pipe, welding of inner tank if required at site, rethreading of inlet/outlet pipe 15mm dia, reassembling the same at existing/new place, testing/commissioning after reinstallation at site complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i)All new spare parts reqd for overhauling of geysers shall be maesured & paid seperately. (ii) Grouting of geyser on existing position use with zinc plated pin drive expansion bolts-Hammer strike pin Anchor fasteners of required size depending on wall strength and making surface good rate included in quoted rate.

Supply and fix in repair Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with double pole RCBO for earth lekage , overload and short circuit protection of 16 A , 30 mA protection and making good disturbed surface to match the existing

S&F in repair PVC insulated 3core 2.5 Sqmm flexible copper cable 1100 Volt grade, round sheathed conforming to IS 694 complete all as apecified and directed.
