SH- I : FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM Designing and Supplying installation testing and commissioning of Vds/UL approved NOVEC 1230, fire suppression system, design for highest degree of protection and minimum extinguishing time for Server Room at uniform extinguishing concentration comprising of following components and related accessories, connections etc. as required.

a) Supplying installation testing and commissioning of 120 Ltrs. Capacity NOVEC 1230 seamless cylinder complete with Cylinder Valve, Pressure gauge, safety outlet and port for low pressure switch connection and cylinder strap complete as required. Note: cylinder pressure, in compliance with Chief Controller of Explosive, Nagpur with electric & pressure operated control heads as per requirement complete with Master Actuation kit and other required accessories to make the cylinder completely operational etc complete as required. (Make- Kidde/Siemens/Chematron /similar superior)

b) Supplying and charging of NOVEC 1230 Agent in the existing cylinders.

c) Supplying installation testing and commissioning of Electrical Actuator with local manual actuator

d) Supplying installation testing and commissioning of Pneumatic actuator with all accessories

e) Supplying installation testing and commissioning of High pressure discharge flexible hose with fittings

f) Supplying installation testing and commissioning of Flexible actuation hose

g) Supplying installation testing and commissioning of Manifold

h) Supplying installation testing and commissioning of brakcet for mounting the cyinders

i) Supplying installation testing and commissioning of NOVEC 1230 discharge brass nozzle

j) Supplying installation testing and commissioning of Non Return Valve

k) Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of manual release switch (UL listed)

l) Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of manual abort switch (UL listed)

Supplying installation testing and commissioning of suitable size M. S. Seamless pipes as per ASTM 106 Gr. B, Schedule-40 according to design consideration complete with necessary fittings including cutting, welding and clamping and shall be painted with two coats of primer and two coats of red enamelled paint as per fire norms etc., complete as required for approx 262 sq m area.

Supplying installation testing and commissioning of Two Zone Addressable Gas Release Panel facility to connect the Manual Abort/Release switches. The Panel shall provide potential free contacts for first knock, second knock, trouble/fault status. The Panel shall be complete with red colour housing, power supply unit, battery charger, batter etc., as reqd.

SH:II : VESDA Supply installation testing and commissining of Single channel Fire Alarm Aspiration system with coverage up to 500sqm and sensitivity range 0.00029% obs/ft to 6.25Obs/Ft, ultrasonic flow sensing and chamber air flow monitoring for presise system healthy information, dual source optical smoke detection technology, event log up to 18000 events, etc., as required.

Supply installation testing and commissining of power supply unit (FM approved) 110/ 220V AC to 24V DC 2Amp complete as required.

Supply and laying of ISI marked CPVC pipe of 25mm dia for aspiration complete as per specifications, as required.

Supply installation, testing and commissioning of capillary sampling point, as per specifications as required.

Supply and fixing of END CAP for large bore 25mm etc., as required

Electronic Hooter: Supplying installation testing and commissioning of Hooter having three distinct sounds with addressable relay module with minimum 85 db from 1Mtr distance etc. as required.

SH-III : Cabling Supplying and laying of 2 core x 1.5 sqmm armoured FRLS copper cable on surface/recess suitable for operation on 240V, 50Hz AC supplying including interconnections, testing etc., as reqd.
