Excavation in trenches n exc. 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for foundation etc. complete all as specified and as directed by engr-in-charge.

Item no 1 above but additional 1.5 m or part thereof in depth beyond the first 1.5 m and getting out soft/loose soil

M & L for Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out soft/loose soil all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling / taking down AC waste / vent pipes fixed to walls with all fittings/ accessories 100 mm dia pipes.

Demolition & breaking up drain pipe (salt glazed , AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar for internal dia of pipe 150mm.

All as per item No.5 above but for internal dia of pipe 200mm.

All as per item No. 5 above but for internal dia of pipe 300mm.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all arches, pillars all quoins etc complete all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) as in manholes cover.

Material and labour for brick work with fly ash brick, straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) completse all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface incl mixing of water proofing compound finished even & smooth with using extra cement. (Note: WPC shall be measured & paid seperately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls, or laid in trenches bore of pipe 110 mm.

S&F.110 mm dia PVC (SWR) bends, any radius with access door

S&F 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) branch piece (Single Y) equal or unequal.

M&L for 75 mm thick precast Cement concrete cover slabs 1:2:4 Type B-1 set and jointed in CM 1:6 Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L Steel reinforcement TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length bent to to shape required including cranking, bending, hooking ends, binding with and incl mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9 mm dia all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC Type B–1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix hume pipe septic tank 50 users capacity including all excavation earth work required and demolition and removal of old septic tank (any size) and removal of debris,including vent pipe,cowl,rcc covers,plasters and connecting the new septic tank to the incoming sewer lines and connected to soak pit as directed.

Returning filling in including levelling , watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm thick in soil.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance n exc. 50 M & depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 M above starting point.

Removing / Bailing of sewage water the septic tank of various capacities and disposal outside MD land including cutting and removing all vegetable growth plants etc in around septic tank and filter bed etc and removing debris outside MD land.

Removal of sludge/disposal/sediment from septic tank of various capacities and disposal the same outside MD land including cutting and removing all vegetable growth plants etc including uprooting of small plants around septic tanks and filter beds and etc and removing debris outside MD land.

Cleaning of Manhole of any size and any depth including taking out sludge, sewer water, any other materials etc and disposal of the same outside MD land complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning of blockages from Gully trap to 1st Manhole length of sewer line not exceed 6m by roding etc and cleaning all sludge from Gully trap to 1st Manhole including pouring water until the smooth flow and necessary earth work and disposed of sludge etc complete all as directed.

S & F in repairs (SWG) gully trap 125/ 110mm setting and jointing with solvent cement.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc and getting out in hard/dense soil all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc and getting out in hard disintegrated soil all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar hole) each n. exc. 0.5 cum, getting out, returning filling and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers n. exc. 25cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc. 50cm and making good surface in hard and dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate ) as in foundation concrete, mass concrete for Columns, fencing post etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for providing PCC as in coping and band type B1 1:2:4 using 20mm graded aggregate including all necessary use and waste of formwork and finishing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces of wall etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section, hollow section with gusset plates, rail, braces, etc of Gde - Fe 410-W (ode E-250) Quality- Acomplete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F for angle iron fencing post and struts including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc , flat iron fillets ( for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-410-0 or Fe 310-0 anyu size.for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S & F for MS Screw bolts ( machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut length exc. 5 cm but not exc 10 cm long 5 to 10mm dia of shank etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing incl line wire 100x100 mm mesh size with 3 to 4 mm thickness and any type of strands, rails, straining bolts etc incle provn of binding wire all complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Fixing only chain link fencing any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc incl provn of binding wire complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S & F for GI two strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, narbed with 2mm dia barbs @ 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rail, straining bolts, inlc securing or tying at crossing with and provn of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc.(Each line of wire to be measured.) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint to new steel surfaces over a coat of red oxide primer surfaces of any description exc 10 cm in witdth or girth complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for preparing new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer surface area not exc. 10cm in width or girth complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm.all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point in soilall as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for 20mm thick granite (of any type) work ( table rubbed and polished) in steps , jambs. pillars, gate columns, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4), pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite screed bed of mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hardcore of guge n exc .63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick waterd and rammed true surface complete all as specified and as directed by engr-in-charge.

M&L 100 mm thick Cement concrete Type D2 1:4:8 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundationn, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for laying machine pressed precast concrete interlocking reflective coloured (Glossy finish)pavers block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 55mm to 60mm thick, M-35 Grade over 30 mm thick sand layer watering and ramming all as specified.

M& L Chequared Cement Concrete (Glossy finish) rubber moulded Tiles 30 CM x 30 CM x 25 mm thick set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed in neat grey cement & pigment in floors over screed bed 15 mm thk in cm 1:6 .complete all as specified.

Providing cement concrete type B0 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) 1:2:4 in roof kerbs or mud stops, copings rounded or chamfered on edges all as spd
