Providing Conservancy Sevices for sweeping, mopping & cleaning of Govt. buildings comprising of cleaning of open area including black top roads, pathways, hard standing, open /closed rain water drains within office premises, all office rooms, corridors, flooring, staircase including re arranging of furniture there after, flooring /dado and sanitary fittings of toilets including disinfection, doors & windows, roofs etc.and removal of cob-webs through out the contract period (excluding Sundays,closed holidays and non functional days ) to following MES Formations with the ManPower (having desired educational qualification, uniforn /dress code as specified) and within Timings mentioned against each Formation complete all as specified in the tender documents and as directed. (Note No 1: Supply of consumable items like phynile, desifectant, cleaning acid, brooms etc.will be measured and paid for separately under respective item(s) of BOQ. Note No 2: Unit rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of provision of uniform, necessary insurance of operator, EPF, ESIC,LWC, Contribution towards Bonus, maintenanace of attendence register, First Aid, identitycard and PVR of operator complete. & providing T&P like ladder etc. complete. Note No 3 : No payment shall be made for Sundays, closed holidays and non-functional days 3. Output shall be checked by the Engineer-in-charge and verified on daily basis through work diary. 4. Providing House Keeping Sevices for dusting of tables, side trays, teapoy, shelfs almirah etc., cleaning water vessals, bottles, jars etc. and filling drinking water for office staff, keeping office files and documents in the almirahs, taking out and giving files as asked from cupboards, carrying documents from one table to other as directed. printing drawings, taking out xerox copies and making sets as directed, providing assistance in certain activities as directed complete through out the contract period (excluding Sundays,closed holidays and nonfunctional days) to following MES Formations with the Man Power (having desired educational qualification, uniforn /dress code as specified) and within Timings mentioned against each Formation complete all as as specified in the tender documents and as directed. Providing Sevices for data entry in Computer, facilitating computerised return of recoveries for officers,JCOs,ORs & civilians by collecting and compling data serially in prescribed manner/format, proper filing and updating records and ledgers in MES office(s) strictly as per requirement of MES, comprising through out the contract period (excluding Sundays,closed holidays and non-functional days ) to following MES Formations with the Manpower (having desired educational qualification, uniform/dress code as specified) and within Timings mentioned against each Formation complete all as specified in the tender documents and as directed.
