M & L for Servicing and maintenance of Split type AC 1.5/2 Ton with the help of cleaning solution, brush, blower of indoor unit and out door unit at any location, cleaning and washing of cooling coil and condensing coil with the help of nylon brush, testing of evoprating fan motor, testing of condencing fan motor, ensuring its servicieability, oiling, cleaning of evoporating blower and condensor fan blade, testing of gas pressure with pressure guage, checking of leakage by providing foam and soap test for entire refrigerant line, cooling coil and condencing coil of any capacity & size of copper tubing and testing of PCB and its serviceability complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note 1 : (i) Spare parts required for rectification of defects will be measured and paid separately as supply only items. (ii) Gas charging will also be measured and paid separately.

Running capacitor of 36/45 mfd

Printed Circuit board for split AC as per sample

Filter made of nylon as per sample

Condenser Fan Motor for split AC 2 TR

Compressor Sealed Unit for AC of capacity 2 TR rotary type

Evaporating motor for Split type AC as per sample

Cooling Coil for Air Conditioner as per sample

M & L for Recharging of refrigerants Gas Split type Air Conditioners all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

M&L for dismantling of split type air conditioning after disconnection electrically, preserving gas in the compressor, disconnecting copper tubing with insulating material and refixing to new location and ensure the drainage of condensed water shall drain out properly, providing electric connections, recharging of gas, testing etc. all as specifiead and as directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Pedestal base for outdoor unit made of MS angle 45x45x5 mm complete all as specified and as directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for replacement of Evaporating Unit of 1.5 Ton on air conditioner with out motor complete with accessories all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for replacement of Condensor Unit of 1.5 Ton on air conditioner with out motor complete with accessories all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down geyser of capacity 25 to 50 Ltrs from the location after disconnecting electric and water connection carefully and sealing cable ends and water pipe for repair or removing to store for safe custody & stripping down, testing of tank, and connecting up carrying out repairs complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at site. Note: 1. Equipment Shall be serviced once in a year and no repeated maintenance shall be measured. 2. Spare replaced during the process of repair shall be measured and paid separately as a under relevant item herein after.

Supply only the following spares for incorporated during the repair to geysers vide Sl Item no 8 herein before :-

Heating Coil 1.5 KW

Heating Coil 2 KW

Thermostat

Copper tank of capacity 25 ltrs

Induction lamp

Plug Top 15 Amps

Note for the Item Nos.1 to 9.06 : Make of the Spare parts shall be as per the make existing at site or as recommended by Engineer-in-Charge and as approved by AGE(I).
