Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6.00m mean radius built in cement mortor 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with sub- class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of existing roof treatment with plastering and cleaning the surface with wire brushes and washing and drying the top surface for execution of work complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2, 75 mm thick using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in plinth protection/paving complete finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 50mm thk (average) PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone agg as in roof padding finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:5:10 type E2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in levelling coarse under floor finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
