M&L for prepration of old decorated plastered or un-plastered surface of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing to remove all loose dirt, dust, all loose scales of lime wash and foreign matters; scrapping down smoke soots, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts & trading oil and greasy spots, removing of nails, making good holes, cracks with lime putty/ plaster of paris and applying two coat of white wash with fibre brushes complete all as specified and directed

All as per serial item No. 02 here-in-before but on ceiling surface.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of walls after complete removal of existing treatment by fine sand paper/ abrasive paper and dusting off to achieve even and smooth surfaces, scrapping down smoke soots, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots, removing of nails, making good holes, cracks with lime putty/ plaster of paris, again rubbing down with sand paper to make the surface even and smooth and applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper (white/tinted) over 3 mm thick wall care putty filling with fibre brushes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of wall and applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of old painted surfaces of wooden or wood based materials of any description not otherwise described, exceeding 10 cm width or girth, by removing dust, dirt or any extraneous material, flat portion shall be smoothed with abrasive paper if requried, nails and joints etc shall be filled with paint and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint with fibre brushes complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No.5 here-in-before but on steel surfaces.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness ( below or above gd level).Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 25mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in floors finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.
