M&L repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth and making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) but making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premix as specified for thin bituminous carpet (2 cm thick) well rammed and sealed with premixed sand seal coat (6.8 kg of binder with 0.06 cum of sand), again well rammed (including supply of premix binder and sand) depth of potholes exc 30 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floor and paving n. exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for macnine pressed precast cement concrete factory made glazed kerb stone of size 300 x 150 x 450 mm PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate, jointed in CM 1:4 including excavation and removing complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing and refixing of existing precast cement concrete kerb stone with alligment and jointed in CM 1:4 including excavation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 sq metre VG-10 (Paving bitumen) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content of paving bitumen (VG-30 grade) by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted, mixed in mechanical hot mixed plant and premixed material, laid with mechanical paver finished including rolling to required camber and gradient complete with 8 to 10 tone power roller to required compaction complete all as specified and directed. Note :(i) Design Mix for SDAC shall be carried out through an authorised testing lab and the cost of testing shall be included in quoted rate. (ii) Aggregates for Bituminous works shall confirm to clause No 20 B 2.5 of SSR 2009 Part- I (Specifications) with the following Constraints:- Aggregate passing 13.2 mm IS Sieve -100 % Aggregate passing 5.60 mm IS Sieve -40% to 50% Aggregate passing 2.8 mm IS Sieve -30%to 35% Note for item No. 2 & 5: Based on job mix formula, in case the binder content (i.e. Bitumen) is less than the content specified under these items then a minus adjustment @ Rs 40/- per kg of bitumen (less consumed) shall be applied on the quoted rate of contractor against these items, hence the quoted rate of contractor shall be reduced based on less content of bitumen required as per job mix formula. However, no price adjustment on plus side shall be made for increase of quantity of bitumen in case of required as per job mix formula.

S&F in repair for USA brand marker (CAT EYE) body made of carbonate with electronically prismatic ratro reflecting lines on both side for maximum ratro reflecting in wet & dry condition, with adhesive/epoxy for road indicator '3M' marker series 290 or equivalent of standard size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair solar stud body made of scratch proof polycarbonate with high efficiency mono crystalline solar panels, LED blinking in wet & dry condition fixed with adhesive/epoxy, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of retro reflecting 48 inches (1200mm high) road delineators post black made of 16 gauge 62 mm dia round pipe two side reflective in red, white and yellow super prismatic 5 strips of size 7.50 x 10 cm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair solar traffic blinker (Dia 300 mm 48 hours back up) powered by solar panels body molded from virgin industrial poly carbonate material water proof body mono crystalline solar cell window size 300mm, PCC 1:2:4 for good finish surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair road rummble straight 300mm x 150mm made out of hard acrylic polymers of colour yellow and black with both side reflector for fixing with fastener and including filling PCC 1:2:4 for good finish surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair road safety 450mm dia convax mirror made up of polycarbonate reflective mirror having body ABS/ fibre suitable for indoor/ outdoor use with hood complete with mounting hardware including suitable height of GI pipe with PCC 1:2:4 for good finish surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for new/ old treated surfaces on kerb stone applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of priming paints of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning and preparing the road surfaces for road marking with reflective thermoplastic white road marking paint confirming to BIS 3262 laid down through road marking machine in a layer of crystalex using 5 Kg material per sqm by incorporating the white glass beads for reflectivity complete all as specified and directed.

Note : Tenderers may note that amount of credit Rs 855.00 will be deducted from the total amount arrived, at the time of Acceptance of contract.
