REPAIR/MAINT CLEANING OF UG SUMPS OH TANK SHALLOW WELLS AND THE ALLIED WORKS OF HQ SAC(U) UNDER GE(AF) TRIVANDRUM

M & L for mechanized cleaning and disinfection of UG Sump of capacity 2.25lakh Ltr by adopting six step cleaning process with trained technicians of professional water tank cleaning company/firm with the help of adequate equipments to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge as follows:- (i) Dewatering of tank by using suitable capacity pump. (ii) Removal of sludge(silt) by using sludge pump and sludge sucker. (iii) Washing the floor, wall and roof, pipe line and motor inside the tank by using High Pressure Machine. Generating pressure of 60-180bars [pressure Adjustable]. Having rotary as well as flat jet for effectively cleaning of all the nooks and corners including ceiling of the Tank. (iv) Vacuum cleaning of tank using Industrial Wet and Dry Vacuum Cleaners for moping of all the dirt particles in the base of the Tank. (v) Spraying anti bacterial agent (sodium hypochlorite liquid) inside the tanks for antibacterial treatment. (Note : Anti bacterial agent should contain 10-12% chlorine and appx qty required is 1 litre per 50000Ltr tank) (vi) Eliminate the atmospheric bacteria remaining in the tanks by using Ultra Voilet Lamps for UV radiation and makes the tank 100% bacteria free. (vii) Painting of outer side concrete surfaces with one coat of weather proof emulsion paint of approved colour over one coat of emulsion primer after removing/cleaning all foreign materials from the surface including writing the date of cleaning and capacity etc in bold letters. (viii) Painting of outer side metal surfaces with one coat of epoxy paint of approved colour over one coat of epoxy primer after removing/cleaning all foreign materials from the surface all as specified and directed.
