Taking down cement plaster on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick comprising first coat 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) and second coat of 5 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound in second coat only on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces including finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC will be measured and paid seperatly.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick but in CM (1:6) other than fair faces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5mm thick, rendering in cement mortar (1:3) to ceiling surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade over and including cement primer on walls complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on ceilings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper of approved shade/tint over cement primer on plastered surfaces on walls complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down old unservicable APP membrane from roof surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F APP based polymeric membrane not less than 3mm thick, weighing not less than 3.5 Kg/sqm , reinforced with polyster non-woven fabric (weighing not less than 150 gm/sqm) and upper side of membrane thermally insulated with white mineral gravel finish, informaly embadded during manufacturing process shall only be used. It shall be laid by torch application,side overlaps shall be 75mm and the ends shall be 100mm and all over laps shall be sealed by torch application including applying a coat of cold bitumen primer conforming to IS:[email protected]/sqm and cleaning the surface with wire brush and making good disturbed surfaces with cement mortar (1:3) in patches complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards / slabs / blankets any thickness including cover fillets and frame complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for aluminum anodized snap Grid 605x605 mm frame work using aluminum anodized perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre / intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (n exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre, including 6 mm dia hangers (upto 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40x3mm size 60 mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12,5 mm dia 40 mm long complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 12 mm thick gypsum board/ tiles for insulation and acoustic purpose of size 600 mm x 600 mm fixed with screws with staples on snap grid complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC false ceiling consisting of 600mmx600mmx5mm thick prelam PVC sheet as panel fixed in anodised aluminium snap grid frame work using anodised 'T' section of size 25mmx25mmx1mm thick in square pattern of grid 600mmx600mm.The aluminium frame work is suspended from the ceiling with the help of galvanised iron hook and galvanised iron wire of 6mm dia mild steel rod to maintain proper level etc. the aluminium frame work on wall side supported with aluminium angle of sie 25mmx25mmx1.5mm thick complete all as specified and directed as per manufacturers instructions.

Taking down eaves gutters and rain water pipes, soil waste and vent pipe ( any size or pattern) , including all fittings , heads, shoes, bends, swan necks, etc., including cleaning for refixing ( measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater , Ventilating pipes, including bolts , if required; hooks ( stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and lintle hanges; large hasps and staples ; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters ; knee piece inserts; two way and three ways straps , plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting holes into or through brick walls built in cement mortar for inserting holdfast and making good in cement mortar (1:3) or cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 as required area n. exc half brick complete all as specified and directed.

Note:(i) Cost of necessary tools, safety belts and ladders to climb on roofs deeme to be included in unit quoted rate. (ii) Removing of all debris shall be disposed outside MOD land.

M&L for scrapping roof surfaces with wire brushes and washing with water etc including taking down old plaster of any description in any situation, postion of any type of roof treatment and making good to receive new surfaces for roof treatment and removal of the same from site to outside of MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing screed bed or bedding layer of 15mm thick in CM (1:4) with WPC for laying floor finishes in roof , finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only water proofing compound of approved make complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing roof surfaces by cleaning wire brush, removing dust, dirt, oil. grease and loose particles and wash the surfaces with wire brush and applying one coat of primer with acrylic based chemical smart care damproofing by adding 30% water on the entire surface and allow it to dry for 2-3 hrs. Applying two coats of smart care damproofing on the entire surfaces between the interval of 2-3 hrs air cure the surfaces for 12 hrs complete all as specified and directed.
