INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS

Supply and fixing LED Tube light fitting 1 x 20 Watt Central Mining Reserch Institue India (CMRI) Certifed Flame Proof type for totally enclosed lightning fitting including connecting up with twin core flexible of Type HRFR (Heat Resistant Flame Retardant) copper conductor cable with suitable size , complete all as specified and directed . Note:- LED Tube light fitting shall be as per STEC pamphlet No-7.

Supply and fixing LED flame proof bulk head luminaires 1x10 watts (CMRI certified) made up of dia cast aluminium housing with heat resistant toughned glass, IP 65 protection complete including connecting up with twin core flexible cable Type HRFR (Heat Resistant Flame Retardant) copper conductor cable of suitable size, complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing MCBs single pole and neutral (SPN) 32 Amps with 10 KA breaking capacity of 'B' series in distribution boards (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MCBs single pole (SP) 6-32 Amps with 10 KA breaking capacity of 'B' series in distribution boards (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing FLEXITRON LED tube light 20 W with High transmissitivity diffuser and high lumen output. PF >0.98, energy efficient complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing ultra modern energy saving, surface mounted, decorative oval bulk head edge-lit LED luminaire compresssing of high brightness LEDs 10 watts LED complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing heavy duty exhaust fan of size 300 mm sweep, AC single phase 220 volts 50HZ, 1400 RPM, incl. louver shutter, XPM jaali, grouting etc. (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED tube light fitting 10 watts 2(Two Feet) made of extruded engineering plastics suitable for surface mounting on a ceiling or wall complete all as specified and directed. Make : Havells/philips/Bajaj

Supply and fixing of flame proof sheet metal enclosures MCB distribution box ac Single pole & neutral 240 volts, 50 Hz 6 way withIP-43 IK-09 protection double door complete with 200 Amp bus bar and neutral link including cheses wall for fixing DB and making good disturbed wall surface to match with existing specification (ISI marked) complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Including MCB(SP) DP (6 to 32Amp SP & 6-32 Amp (SPN) .

Supply and fixing of sheet metal enclosures MCB distribution box AC Single pole & neutral 240 volts, 50 Hz 6 way withIP-43 IK-09 protection double door complete with 200 Amp bus bar and neutral link including cheses wall for fixing DB and making good disturbed wall surface to match with existing specification (ISI marked) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of GI pipe bracket for street light fitting made out of 32 mm dia GI pipe light grade 1.2 Metre long bent to required angle/shape with and including necessary clamp of three sets necessary nuts and bolts and washers of suitable size and painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL WORKS

Supply and fixing of LLDPE septic tank , excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation,vent shaft connection etc. including any other item as per Manufacturer's instructions for 10 users complete all as specified and directed

ROAD, PATH, CULVERT AND PCC HARD STANDING WORKS

Uni/dual/tri directional achrylic plastic reflector cat eyes of ABS material having size of 100x100x20 mm with cellular lense design alloy to continue functioning even after impact/damage in white/red/yellow fixed with epoxy/thermoplastic adhesive on existing black top/concrete surface of road including necessary fixing arrangements all as per manufacturer's inctructions and complying to guidelines issued by Ministry of Road Transport complete all as specified and directed. Make : Greens/Greenlite

Supply and fix metal tublar delineator 900mm long x 75mm dia MS pipe (medium grade) powder coated with top cover with jalli 400mm long from top and pasted with twin colour accrylic reflective tape strips, embedded 200mm below ground level including excavation and PCC 1:2:4 type B1 with 20mm graded aggregate in foundation of size 200mm x 200mm x 200mm and making good complete all as specified and directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sqm and depth exc 100 mm deep complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS

M&L for construction of valve pit of size 90cmx90cmx90cm (internl dimensions) brick chamber construction including all necessary excavation and earth work in hard/soft loose soil, returning, filling in, disposal of surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed PCC in foundation of the mix (1:4:8) type D-2 (Using 40mm graded crushed aggregate) brick masonry in cement mortar (1:4) , rendering, 12mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) internally, finished even and fair and pointing flush externally as the work proceeds in the same mortar, 50x50x6mm angle iron frame, MS sheet cover 3.15 mm thick with handle and locking arrangement painting all the exposed MS work with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of the tint as approved by the GE over a coat of red oxide primer and painting all the MS embedded in PCC with two coats of black bituminous paint complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY WORKS

Material & labour earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick and packed with layers of charcoal dust and common salt, earth electrode GI strip 32 x 6 mm dia connected to GI earth plate electrode by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and thimbles and other end of earth wire connected to main switch board and protected by galvanized iron light grade 40mm bore and GI pipe 20mm bore medium grade with funnel and wire mesh for watering including necessary excavation and earth works. PCC chamber in cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 & RCC cover in M-25 (Design Mix) and all as shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 of SSR (Part-1)of 2009. all as specified.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of factory made LT Cubical panel board CPRI approved made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet, outdoor type totally enclosed dust and vermin proof with front opening 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire AC 50 cycles per second having copper bus bar of capacity 100 Amp and half neutral RYB insulated with PVC sleeved insulation mounted on porcelain insulator complete with following items and internal wirings, including 40x40x6 mm MS angle frame and painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of powder coated paint internally and externally all as specified with following items complete all as specified and directed wall mounting with MS mounting brackets: (a) Incoming (i) Four Pole MCCB-25 Amp,50Hz 415 Volts Short Ckt Bks- 16 KA,- 01 (b) Outgoing (i) Double pole MCB 32 Amp,50Hz 220 Volts Short Ckt Bks- 6 KA- 08 Nos (ii) LED phase Indicator lamp with switches–03 Nos (iii) Digital Ammeter 3 Phase -01 No (iv) Digital Voltmeter 3 Phase – 01 No

M & L for sand cushioning with a layer of fine sand 8 cm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm thick after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified. Notes: (i) Excavation and earth work to be measured and paid for separately. (ii) Measurement shall be taken only after punning down sand cushioning.

M&L for Sub Class 'B' brick covering protection to the eletric cable laid dry flat transversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning with width equal to length of brick complete all as specified and directed.

LIGHTENING PROTECTION WORKS

M & L for copper earthing with copper plate 600 x 600 x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to copper earth strip 20 x 3 mm copper strip as earthig lead mm (beyond 7.5m Main earthing lead from earth electrode to test point shall be measured and paid separtelly) by means of bolts and nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as specified and shown in electrical plate no 3 of SSR part I including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber with RCC 1:2:4 type B1 40 mm thick cover with MS rod 8mm dia 150mm long reinforcement, watering funnel with 20 mm dia light grade for watering and for protection of earth electrode 40 mm dia GI pipe and tested on completion, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for steel tubular swaged poles, errected truly vertical complete with 6mm thick mild steel base plate welded to pole, finial taper plug, bolts , nuts & screws as specified pole made out of ERW MS Tubing conforming to Type 410- SP -64 ( 12 M long) including welding of additional tubes, medium duty MS PIPE, 80 mm bore with all fittingpipe above the pole to achive 16.0 Mtr pole height, painting the exposed surface of poles with two coats of aluminium paint over two coats of red oxide primer and two coats of black bitumenous paint internally & portion embedded in concrete & white bands at lower portion of pole each 300 mm wide alternaley and fixing of air termination suitable height complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Excavation, earth work & PCC work shall be measured and paid separately in respective item

HOT WATER SUPPLY WORKS

Supply and install water, storage heater type of capacity 25 Litres BEE 5 star, 230 volts, AC, 50 Hz including PVC connection of size 15 mm dia & 450 mm long for hot water complete with both end complete all as specified and directed. Make: Havells MMONZA slim cat No. GHWSMCSWH025 or equivalant approved by GE.
