Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr depth for foundation etc., or forshafts, wells,cesspits, manholes, Pier holes etc not exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in hard dense soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 1.00 here-in-above but depth exceeding 1.50 m not exceeding 3.00 m.

Material and labour cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 bed to drain 150mm bore pipe including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes for pipe after they are laid complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removal unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channel or benching and drains including finishing the top of benching even and smooth using extra cement (forming fair finished), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 by using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed .

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of rubbish off the premises and leaving the work clear of any plastering complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 15 mm thick, plastering in CM 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces finished fair and even with out using extra cement including mixing with water proofing compound ( WPC) as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- WPC will be measured and paid separately as supply only.

M&L for cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graeded stone aggregate as in lintel upto 1.5 m clear span. Cill,steps; seismic and other similar bands ,plinth courses ,string courses, lacing courses ,parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height ,copings , kneelers, apex stones bed plates ,water troughs and the like including necessary form work weathering, slighting rounded or chamfered angles and throating all as directed and specified.

Demolition of stone / boulder masonry walling, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc and removal unserviceable materials, debris, rubbish to out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for squarred rubble walling Jodhpur type regular coursed well bonded ,bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed

All as per item No. 24.00 here-in-before, but except stone.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stone & dressing of face beds & joints as specified of squared rubble walling Jodhpur type brought upto courses with maximum depression of face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n exc 20mm and dressing face beds and joints, complete all as directed.

M&L pre-cast cement concrete block masonry using PCC, 1:3:6, type C-1 solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix cast iron foot steps, n. exc 5 each in manholes.

Dismantling of cast iron / reinforced / PVC (SWR) pipes of 110/100mm bore including fittings, jointed in cement mortar and taking out from walls / trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning / taking out / removing of Temporarily blocking of inlet of septic tanks with suitable wooden pugs/gunny bags and pumping out/bailing out effluent (liquid/semi liquid) from the septic tanks with diesel engine driven gen sets into closed containers or through PVC Hose pipes & delivering the same outside def land complete and taking out the blocking arangements of inlet and making the system functional all as specified and directed.

Cleaning/taking out sludge/mud/silt from septic tanks of any size and capacity manually or mechanically including dewatering septic tank when ever required including removing of sludge/muds/silt in a closed container vehicle to a distance outside MD land and buried in pits by making necessary excavation for filling of sludge and covering by earth on top properly complete all as specified and as directed. S&F as in repairs of vitreous china clay water closet squatting pan ORISSA Pattern size 580x 440 mm white with integral foot rest and including PVC 'P' or 'S' traps, including provision of cement concrete bedding 1:5:10 type E2, flush (HDPE) pipe of 32mm dia, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F as in repairs vitreous china wash down water closet European Type pedestal pattern with seat & cover as in repairs with jet spray complete incl fixing of flush pipe etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

T&P for Pumping out water inflow caused by spring or tidal or river seepage, broken water mains or drains and the like with pumping set of 5 HP to 9 HP including POL/ power consumption including fuel required & operator maint etc. All as directed. Note : This item shall be operated only when specifically ordered by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling glazed tiles/ kota stone/ terrazzo tiles any type including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing ) complete all as directed.

M&L for glazed colour ceramic tiles (premium quality) of size 300X450X6-7 mm, as in vertical surface such as i.e. dado/skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, over & including M&L 10mm thick backing coat in CM (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast RCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in manhole cover/ drain cover slab with hole/without hole hoisted & laying in position including chamfered weathering set in cement mortar CM 1:4 and joint to match with CM 1:3, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends cutting bending and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning of all blockage of WC, bath, kitchen, WHB, traps, soil waste/vent pipe (vertical or laid in trenches/floor any type/size) mannually or mechanically or by way of any other suitable means including foreign material from manholes, traps, pits where required and all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of all blockage of WC, bath, kitchen, WHB, traps, soil waste/vent pipe (vertical or laid in trenches/floor any type/size) sewage line upto 1st man hole of any section/depth any situations by way of cleaning/desludging man holes by using any type of mannually or mechanically or by way of any other suitable means including foreign material from manholes, traps, pits where required and dircted by Engineer-in-Charge and keeping the sewage system upto 1st man hole functional in prefect condition including final drop out form up to 1st man hole. (working in foul condition with taking precautionary measures equipment shall be provided as required are applicable) all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of blockage sewage line manually and then with fresh water of pipe 150 mm dia / 200 mm dia in between man holes and passing rubber ball of suitable size through line to ensure all blockage perfectly clear to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

(i) The contractor shall provide sufficient Nos safaiwala per day to concern sub division at 8:30AM to 17:00 PM daily even on sunday and holidays to attend emergency complaints alongwith requisite T &P required for JOB. No extra payment shall be admissible for working on sunday/holiday. However, one day weekly off shall be given to each worker and suitable releiver arragement shall be made by the contractor. However, no extra payment shall be admissible on this account. (ii) Safaiwala provided under this items shall exclusively be deputed on the work for cleaning of blockage as discribed in this item. The person to be deployed for this items shall not be deputed for the work mentioned against ser item No 50 to 54, 57 and 66 to 68. (iii) All complaints given to workers shall be rectified/removed within 24hrs failing which a panel recovery for Rs 150/- per complaints for each 12 hrs shall be imposed on the contractor and recovery shall be effected from the contractor dues (iv) Incase any particular safaiwala found absent, hence less deployed from the requisite number, a panel recovery for rupees 500/- per day ie one day shall be recovered from the contractor dues. (v) In case of mechanical closed container vehicle will be not provided within 12 hrs of complaints and a panel recovery of 1500/- per day will be imoposed on contractor & recovery shall be deducted from upcoming RAR/ contractor dues (for item No 50 to 54)
