Picking old metalled surface to a depth of 150 mm and spreading metal including watering with an initial lead of 2 Hectometers and rolling with power rollers watering and spreading dust for blindage and power roller rolling including hirecharges of power roller (8 to 10T) barricading and diversion of traffic and wetting the new consolidation for a fortnight for compacted thickness

Carting away the surplus excavated earth from the work site with a lead of 3 km beyond initial lead including loading, unloading and conveyance but excluding stacking charges etc., complete - 1 Cum.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded HBG Crushed stone aggregate to Wet mix macadam specification including cost, seigniorage of all material and including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer Plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in base course on well prepared surface and compacting with Vibratory roller of 8 to 10 to achieve the desired density etc., as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and as per MORTH & H Specification for finished item of work. Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per MORTH specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying of 50mm thick bituminous macadam (B M) with HOT Mix Plant producing an average output of 37.50 tonnes per hour using hard blasted granate crushed aggregates of Grade.II premixed with bituminous binder of V.G. 30 grade @ 3.40% by weight of total mixer, transported to site laid over a previously prepared surface with mechanical paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including hire and operational charges all T&P and all other contingent charges necessay including cost of seigniorage charges on all materials etc., complete and as per MORTH Specification. Note: Quantity of bitumen is proposed for rate analysis only. The actual quantity will deperd upon job mix formula.(RBR-BASC-3-3-II P.No.355)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom for finished item of work as per MORTH & H and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing 25mm thick compacted semi dense bituminous concrete (SDBC) by hot mix plant using hard blasted granite crushed aggregate of grading-II premixed with bituminous binder V.G.30 grade @ 5.00 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a Mechnical paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification complete for finished item of work in all respects as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: The percent of bitumen is proposed for rate analysis only. The actual percent shall be arrived based on job mix formula.(RBR-BASC-8-8 P.No.361)
