M&L for APP modified water proofing membrane thickness not less than 4mm and weighing not less than 4.50 Kg/ Sqm reinforced with non-woven polyester, matt black finished (weight not less than 150 gms / sqm), laying by torch application including minimum 100mm overlap over compatible primer @ 0.40Litre/sqm and finishing with solar reflective Bituminous aluminium paint 100 gms /sqm complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and specified & directed.

Dismantling old false ceiling work including wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F anodised aluminium snap grid frame work (size of grid 605x605 mm) with 35x25x1.5 mm main tee and 25x25x1.4 mm cross tee and wall angle for false ceiling and suspended with hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. wire (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 4 mm thickness non-asbestos fibre cement building boards (decorative type) fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/ GI/ Aluminium framework with screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non-skid ceramic coloured joint free tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match, laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 300x200x7mm thick in vertical surface, etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match, fixed over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 for laying tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down of cement plaster, any description, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work/concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering in two layers as 5 mm thick with cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound @ 2% by the weight of cement over rendering 10mm thick with cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work in external surfaces of wall complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of concrete surfaces as in ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for frames of doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) including aluminium grills with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: (i) Weight of aluminium sections incorporated shall only be considered for deriving the weight under this item for accounting payment. M&L for applying one coat epoxy bonding agent @ 2.60 Ltr/ Sqm or as per manufacturer's instructions to old concrete surfaces of columns, beams and similar structural members complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non shrink, cementitious micro concrete mixed with 12.5 graded stone aggregate using Renderoc RG of make Fosroc or equivalent as approved by GE (18 kg aggregate : 25 kg Renderoc RG) respectively or as per manufacturer's instructions laid in average thickness 50 to 100 mm in situ complete all as specified and directed.
