Manner and also Submitting Cleaning Report Periodically

on Monthly Basis (Note : Rate Should be Quote on Daily

Basis for Manually Cleaning Job Considering the Total

Road to be Cleaned at least Once a Day or Night using

Manpower and Machinery in Residential Area and Once

in a Day and Once in a Night using Manpower and

Machinery in Commercial Area and Main Roads.

Labours Brushing, Divider Cleaning Dumping of garbage Nuisance Per

Points Cleaning, Spring of pesticides on site with all Lift &

Lead use of tractor in Whole work for Various Area on site 500.50

with all lift & Lead. (Each Road to be cleaned Daily)

1.2 900.00 Hiring of Tractor with Trailer Considering 6 HRS as

Tractors Working day including Driver, Helper, Fuel, Repair &

Maintenance of Tractor rate also including carting,

loading, unloading with all lead and lift. (6 Hours per Day 2715.78

Rs. 207.63 tractor+ 245 trolley= 452.63 per Hour) (6 x Day

452.63 = 2715.78) (Each Road to be cleaned Daily)

Toal Amount For Road Sweeping & Cleaning Works For 180 Days, Rs.

Add :- 1% of Quality Control Rs.

Add :- 2% of Contingency Charges Rs.
