Masonry work in CM (1:6) prop with Flyash Cement solid blocks of size 290 x 200 x 140 mm with a compressive strength not lessthan 75 kg/sqm ,for manufacturing of flyash solid blocks using flyash, cement, Gypsum and stone dust including cost and conveyance of all ma terials and all incidental and operational, and all labour charges like mixing cement mortar, scaffolding charges, constructing masonry, lift charges, curing etc., but excluding seigniorage charges, complete as per drawing and technical specifications as per APSS 504 for finished item of work or as directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Plastering 12mm thick in CM (1:5) dubara sponge finish including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site all operational, incidental and labour charges such as mixing mortar,scaffolding charges, lift charges, finishing,including cutting of Grooves wherever necessary as directed by Engineer - in - charge, curing, etc., complete for Uneven Surfaces of Brick Wall for finished item of work.

Painting with two coats of Plastic Emulsion paint of apporved brand and shade over a base coat of approved cement primer grade II making making three coats in all to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site, Scoffolding, Curing charges and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work for internal walls (primer 1 coat to be used & 2 coats plastic emulsion)
