It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Technical Criteria

Past Experience

Provided project management consultancy services / transaction advisory services in energy efficiency and street light projects in any of the following capacities: Project Manager/ Quality Consultant / Project Management Consultant/ any similar capacities (minimum 1 similar projects each project with consultancy value not less than Rs. Rs. 12.30 Lakhs of the last 5 financial years (i.e. 2020-21 to 2024-25).

Work Done Certificate

Experience of working with Government/ municipal bodies (minimum 1 similar Project) of the last 5 financial years (i.e. 2020-21 to 2024-25).

Satisfactory Performance Certificate

Capabilities of Vendor

A Registered company under Companies Act 1956 and latest amendment there after.

Preparation of presumptive consumption report and request for propasal RFP for the selection of life cycle operator (LCO) including presumptive consumption,post implementaion guranteed enegy savings,technical standards,essential certifications etc. and assisting authority to float tender for selection of LCO.Through e-procurement platform, lumsum amount of as approved by DMA.
