Loading and Transportation of LVP/SUP/MLP Generated in Bengaluru West City Corporation area to cement industries

The bidder/JV should submit a liquid asset and /or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs.249.75 Lakhs (Credit lines/ letter of credit/certificates) from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. (As per Form 3J)

The bidder/JV should have achieved in at least two financial years out of last five years (From 2020 21 to 2024 25) a minimum financial turnover of Rs.999.00 Lakhs (usually not less than two times the estimated amount under this contract). The bidder shall submit turnover certificate with UDIN Number issued by CA along with ITR and Balance sheets

The bidder/JV should submit valid Company Registration Certificate, GST and PAN CFO&CFE of Cement factory, details along with the bid.

The bidder/ JV shall be a cement factory registered as a Plastic Waste Processor on the Centralized CPCB Extended Producers Responsibility Portal Bidder shall submit valid EPR Registration Documents. Further the cement factory shall submit an undertaking on its letter head to share EPR Credits to BSWML/GBA upon selection as successful bidder. (Bidder shall submit undertaking letter or The bidder/JV shall be a subsidiary company of cement factory registered as a Plastic Waste Processor on the Centralized CPCB Extended Producers Responsibility Portal Bidder shall submit valid EPR Registration Documents. Further the subsidiary company shall have an MoU/agreement with the cement factory agreeing to share EPR Credits to BSWML/GBA upon selection as successful bidder. Bidder shall submit Valid MoU/agreement Documents or The bidder/JV shall be a logistic vendor having a valid vendor code issued in the bidders name on the official letter head of any cement factory registered as a Plastic Waste Processor on the Centralized CPCB Extended Producers Responsibility Portal Bidder shall submit valid EPR Registration Documents. The letter shall be duly endorsed by the Plant In Charge with seal, name, and contact number of Cement factory. The vendor empanelment must cover a minimum of 8 vehicles, each with a carrying capacity of 20 tonnes or equivalent. Further the logistic vendor shall have an MoU/agreement with the cement factory agreeing to share EPR Credits to BSWML/GBA upon selection as successful bidder.
