Executive Table with Chair Specifications: Table: Director table made of Engineered Wood - Medium Density Fibre Board in glossy polished finish having dimensions: (W)2000mm X (D)950mm X (H)760mm. Side unit dimensions: (W)1400mm X (D)400mm X (H)660mm. Top Thickness should be over 25mm. Movable 3 drawer pedestal to be provided along. Chair- High back chair having wooden handles upholstered with leatherrete . Chair should have recliner mechanism which facilitates the backrest to go over 150 degree. Seat and back are made of pu foam of density 60 & 50mm respectively, upholstered with leatherrete of high quality. The tall back rest is composed of a central tufted panel with detailed stitching and a curved back that adds lumbar support.Torsion bar mechanism, Gas Lift for Height Adjustment & Nylon twin wheel castors.

Center Table Specifications: Seasoned sheehamwood centre table with tempered glass. Dimensions: 860x570x380 mm. Storage to be provided below the glass top. Polished glossy finish to be provided.

Conference Table Specifications: Scope: Supply, assembly and installation of 20 seater modular Conference Table as per technical specification. Modular Conference Table Custom Made:- The modular conference table should be custom made to meet the requirement of Conference room. Drawing to be submitted for approval before manufacturing of the Conference Table Dimensions and modules required: Conference Table overall size(mm) : 6000 (L) x 1500 (D) x 750 (H) Colour: Colour of Conference table will be informed prior to start of work. Work Surface: - The Work surface or the table top should have a thickness of at least 36.0mm (+/- 3mm thick). Flat single layer MDF board of Grade SBG II of IS 12406 This should consist of at least 18mm + 18mm Baton of 150mm width top panel Medium Density Fibre Board clad with at least 0.6mm thick post formed laminate conforming to IS 2046 and another side backing laminate. Rest two plain sides shall have edge banded with PVC tape of 2mm thick of reputed make with the help of hot melt glue.. The Edge profile of work surface should be Waterfall Edge with at least 10mm radius on top edge and at least 5mm at bottom. Top shall be fixed with gable end and modesty panel using mini fix and wooden dowel by using (knock down) system UNDERSTRUCTURE- The legs should be made from at least 25 mm Plain Particle Board panels having a straight profile with half round edges and clad with at least 0.6mm thick Post Forming Laminate both side in same decor. The overall thickness of leg should be 26.2mm.(+/- 3mm). Front Panels - The Front apron panels should provide enough leg room and should be made from at least 18mm thick Pre-laminated particle board conforming to IS 12823 Provision for passing of wires:- Cable managers and covers to route and manage multiple cables below the work surface and to manage cable from work surface to the next. Wire Carrier - The Wire Carrier should be made from at least 12 mm thick Pre-laminated particle board conforming to IS 12823. Top of the table two nos of flip top box (epco or hettich brand) pop up box to be provided. while assembling cut out has to be taken as per the instructions of engineer in-charge

Conference room chair Specifications: Seat/Back Assembly:-The seat and back should be made up of at least 1.2cm to 1.5cm. thick hot-pressed plywood, upholstered with leatherette and moulded Polyurethane foam . The back foam is to be designed with contoured lumbar support for extra comfort. DIMENSIONS: Description Dimensions Overall Height of The Chair 100 to 110 cm Back Size: 50.0cm. (W) X 52.0cm. (H) Seat Size: 50.0cm. (W) X 48.0cm. (D) ±3% variations in dimensions is accepted Colour :Colour of the Conference Room Chair will be informed prior to start of work. Polyurethane Foam: The Polyurethane foam should be moulded with density of 45 ± 2kg/m3 and Hardness of 20 (±2) on Hampden machine at 25% compression. The seat and back foam should have a thickness of at least 50mm Armrests: The armrest tops should be injection moulded from black Polypropylene. They are to be fitted to tubular armrest supports made of Dia.2.54cm. (1") x 14 BG M.S. E.R.W. tube and chrome finish. The armrests should be scratch and weather resistant. The tubular armrest to support and hold together the seat and back. Tubular Frame :The tubular frame should be of cantilever type & made of Dia 2.54cm (1”) x 14 BG M.S. E.R.W. tube and chrome finish. The Armrest Tube of Dia 2.54cm (1”) x 14 BG M.S. E.R.W. tube should be welded to mainframe. (As per University Sample)

Sofa set Specifications: 3+1+1 sofa set. -Fully upholstered. Zigzag spring. Frame made of plywood and other solid wood. Completely upholstered with 220 gsm fabric. Premium foam to be used of minimum 40 density. Leg size should be around 50 mm. Three seater dimensions: 1829 L X 724 W X 762 H (in mm). Single seater dimensions: 813 L X 724 W X 762 H (in mm). Seating height should be 450mm.
