Day to day Operation and Maintenance of Pump Motor set and Controlling valves in water supply line in order to provide uninterrupted water spply at different building of Ashokenagar State General Hospital for any shift in a day. (1st shift from 6A.M. to 2 P.M., 2nd shfit freom 2 P.M. to 10 P.M. and 3rd shift from 10 P.M to 6 A.M.) including annual maintenance of Pump Motor set with spare parts and labour complate. [One no Pump Operator per shift is to be provided by the agency (3 X 365 days).( Rate should be inclusive of Bonus, E.S.I., E.P.F.,Tools and Plants over minimam wages Act of Govt.including GST & Other incidental charges if any) ] a) 12 H.P. b) 7.5 H.P. c) 3 H.P. d) Monoblock .
