SITC of 1.5 TR split type 5 star AC (inverter type-minimum EER 4.50) consisting of single room unit (evaporator unit) comprising copper coil with cordless remote control, suitable external voltage stabilizer unit and one number outdoor condensing unit (copper coil) with sealed suitable type compressor and suitable for operation on 230V, 50Hz AC supply, non CFC refrigerant like R32 or equivalent capable of performing (a) cooling (b) de-humidifying (c) Air-Circulating (d) filtering including fixing the outdoor condenser unit on a raised suitable pedestals duly painted/Metal Stand as per site requirement (Pedestals/Metal Stand included in the scope) and fixing of Evaporator unit including providing and making inter connections between evaporator unit and condensing unit up to a length of 3 mtr. comprising of the following including first charge of refrigerant, complete as required. a) Suitable drain pipe of PVC or as per OEM specification for length upto 10 Metre b) Suitable insulated copper pipe for liquid line or as per OEM specification for length upto 3 Metre c) Suitable copper pipe for suction or as per OEM specification for length upto 3 Metre d) Suitable FR insulated, PVC sheathed unarmoured multi strand copper cable or as per OEM specification for length upto 3 Metre e) Supply and Fixing of Heavy duty Rigid type PVC pipe / PVC Trunking of suitable size for covering in the liquid line, suction line and multi strand copper cable or as per OEM specification for length upto 3 Metre

Supply and fixing of following for interconnections between evaporator unit and condensing unit mentioned in item No 1 (extra length if required) inluding all accesories etc. complete as required a) Suitable insulated copper pipe for liquid line or as per OEM specification for the item No 1 b) Suitable insulated copper pipe for suction or as per OEM specification for the item No 1 c) Suitable FR insulated, PVC sheathed unarmoured multi strand copper cable or as per OEM specification for the item No 1 d) Supply and Fixing of Heavy duty Rigid type PVC Pipe/Plastic Trunking of suitable size for covering in the refrigerant drain line, liquid line, suction line and multi strand copper cable as required for the item No 1., complere as required.

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of Ceiling concealed packaged ductable split air-conditioner unit of 8.5 TR nominal capacity (non-Inverter) consisting of Indoor unit and Outdoor units with scroll compressors, condenser coil, fan motor etc., microprocessor based controller, bracing of copper piping, Nitrogen pressure testing, vacumising (500 micron) and initial charging of refrigerant gas, R-410a, etc. and other necessary safety controls, single phasing preventor etc. suitable for 415V, 50Hz, 3Phase, 4 Wire AC power supply with remote control for each unit, including necessary mounting arrangements for indoor and outdoor units at site, joining with ducts existing/newly installed, with necessary Double Canvass connection (Fire retardant), dismantling of the existing false ceiling, and making it good after installation works, complete with all accessories as required.

Supply and fixing of following size copper refrigerant piping (hard drawn) for interconnecting indoor unit and condensing unit of ductable AC Unit of item no. 5 as per OEM specifications with necessary fitting, supports, duly insulated with closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber insulation etc. complete as per specifications Liquid line of suitable dia (Insulation Thickness - 13mm)

Supply and fixing of following size copper refrigerant piping (hard drawn) for interconnecting indoor unit and condensing unit of ductable AC Unit of item no. 5 as per OEM specifications with necessary fitting, supports, duly insulated with closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber insulation etc. complete as per specifications Suction line of suitable dia (Insulation Thickness - 19mm)

Supply and installation of PVC insulated multicore cable, copper conductor control flexible cable of suitable size as per OEM specifications for interconnection between outdoor and indoor units including termination complete as required.

Supply, installation, balancing and commissioning of fabricated at site GSS sheet metal rectangular/round ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangers, supports etc. as per approved drawings and specifications of following sheet thickness complete as required. Thickness 0.60 mm sheet

The joints shall be sealed with 50 mm wide and 3mm thick self adhesive nitrile rubber tape insulation complete as per specifications and as required.

Supply and fixing of powder coated extruded aluminium grille for supply & return air complete with all accessories without collar damper etc. complete as required at site as per specifications.

Supply and fixing of powder coated extruded aluminium diffuser for supply air complete with all accessories with extruded aluminium collar damper etc. complete as required at site as per specifications.

Supply and fixing of powder coated extruded aluminium diffuser for return air complete with all accessories without collar damper etc. complete as required at site as per specifications.

Supply and installation of 25mm dia drain piping made of PVC medium class pipe complete with fittings, supports etc. as per specifications and duly insulated with 9 mm thick closed cell nitrile rubber insulation as per specifications.

Supply and installation of suitable dia as per OEM specification of drain piping for ductable AC Units as per OEM specifications made of PVC medium class pipe complete with fittings, supports etc. as per specifications and duly insulated with 9 mm thick closed cell nitrile rubber insulation as per specifications.

Dismantling of indoor and outdoor units of 8.5 TR CARRIER make ductable AC Units at the automation server control room excluding the ducting, including closing the duct openings with GSS sheet, other accessories and making it good etc. complete as required.

Dismantling of indoor and outdoor units of the 1.5/2 TR split air conditioning including the copper piping and cabling, and other accessories and making it good etc. complete as required.

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. Single pole -16A

Supplying and fixing DP sheet steel enclosure on surface/ recess along with 16 A 230 V "C" curve DP MCB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring along with earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required. 2 X 4 sq. mm + 1 X 4 sq. mm earth wire
