Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of compressors of AC units in any location / position including disconnecting electrical mains, remove the refrigerant and capture it in a storage cylinder, cutting line sets, removing the condenser coil and everything around the compressor, taking out the condenser unit, cleaning and removing dust / dirt, etc., necessary minor modifying (replacement of capilary tubes, etc.), replacing the compressor and finally put the rest back together and balance charging of refrigerant gas F-22/R-134A (if required) including disposing of old unserviceable condensor unit complete all as specified and as directed for the following types and capacities: Notes: (i) Compressor units shall be from existing manufacturer / as approved by the GE (ii) Compressors shall be brought in sealed conditions (iii) Compressor shall bear a minimum guarantee of 5years and as given by manufacturers

M&L for collecting unserviceable voltage stabilizer of capacity 3 to 5kVA from MES store yard, transporting to workshop, disassembling the unit for locating the fault including checking the serviceability of electrical/electronic parts viz. circuits relays, etc. and repalcement of defective spare parts, re-assembling after making connections, testing by applying low and high voltage input to get correct output and transporting back the same to MES store yard complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for collecting unserviceable voltage stabilizer of capacity 0.5 to 2kVA from MES store yard, transporting to workshop, disassembling the unit for locating the fault including checking the serviceability of electrical/electronic parts viz. circuits relays, etc. and repalcement of defective spare parts, re-assembling after making connections, testing by applying low and high voltage input to get correct output and transporting back the same to MES store yard complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for rewinding of electric motor of capacity 3 phase operating on 50Hz 415V comprising of the underlaid activities complete all as spcified and as directed for the following capacities: (a) Disconnecting & removing the electric motor from AHU/booster from the installed position and loading / unloading transporting to contractor’s workshop for repairs (b) Dismantling existing burnt winding from the motor, preparing for rewinding complete with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge including all insulating materials such as insulation paper, sleeves, tape, varnish, etc. and painting with two coats of super enamel paint over a coat of primer and greasing of bearings (c) Loading/unloading/transporting motor to the site, installing in position, checking and confirming alignment, electric connection, commissioning and testing in actual working conditions for 8hours continuously (d) Motors shall be handed over during the currency of contract on as and when required basis. Each motor shall be returned duly repaired within 10days from the date of handing over. Notes for serial item Nos. 206 to 208: (a) Breakdown complaint (intimated through any means of communication viz. sms/whatsapp/email, etc. shall be rectified within 01 to 03hours, from time of information failing which shall attract a penal recovery of Rs. 300 per hour which shall be deducted from any subsequent due payments of the Contractor (b) Log sheets/registers shall be maintained on rectification slips duly signed by the Users & the Engineer-in-charge

Notes for serial item Nos. 206 to 208 contd: (c) The complaint shall be attended within stipulated time as above and temporary measures to immediately restore the services (minor spares shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ) and shall be catered with a complete repair / restoration by 3days maximum in case of major faults. The decision of the Accepting Officer shall be final and binding in this regard. (d) The Contractors quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive of the above requirements
