INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply and fix anti-suicidal fan rod of standard length (18") made of corrosion resistant mild steel/ aluminium alloy with load sensitive auto-detach mechanism calibrated to release above 25 kg load complete with necessary fittings all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix energy efficient exhaust fan of 225 mm sweep made of metal body Ventil Air- DS type complete with louver with bolts, nuts and washers, size of bolt 15 cm long 12 mm dia embedded in wall including provision of PVC flexible copper cable of size 23/0.0076 two core from ceiling rose to exhaust fan for connection and making suitable size of hole to existing wall for fan base complete all as specified and directed. Note: Cost of making suitable opening in wall for fixing exhaust fan is deemed tobe included in the quoted rates.

ROAD/ PATH/ HARDSTANDING/ CULVERT

Material and labour for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2 mm thick (retro-reflective with glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm) centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like not exceeding 10cm wide on roads/ pavements of specified shade/ colour (confirming to BS 3262-1989) using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine all as per manufacturer's instruction and fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surfaces including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign materials etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL

Supply, laying and testing of double wall corrugated (DWC) high density polythylene pipes (HDPE) of 180mm outer dia/ 163mm internal dia and stiffness class-8 (SN-8) with ISI marked (with CML no) with and including all fittings and jointing material for sewage line laid in trenches as specified in IS 16098-2013 part-2 complete all as specified and directed. Note: Construction method shall be strictly compiled as per clause no A-4 of Annex lA of IS 16098 Part II.

M&L of HDPE septic tank to carry sewage and sludge water including excavtion in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, vent shaft and connection etc for 10 users (1000-1200 litre capacity) conventional type all as specified and as directed. Make : Sintex, Supreme, Plasto.

Material and labour for construction of soakage well (1.2m dia x 3.0m depth) including excavation in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M25 concrete inclding intercepting chamber and screen chamber and screen chamber made of brick masonry in CM, RCC cover slab in M25/ SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/ DWC complete filled with brick bats complete as per drawing No. CEAA/TD/80 Sht Nos. 1/2 and 2/2 all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Material and labour for construction of valve chamber of size 1200 x 900 x 900 mm deep dimensions (overall internal dimensions) for sluice valve etc. with PCC foundation, PCC block masonry walls, plastering, PCC coping, white washing, chamber cover, painting to chamber cover including excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete with the following specifications:- (i) Cement concrete for foundation shall be type D2 (1:4:8) using 40mm graded stone aggregate 150 mm thick extended upto 150 mm beyond the outer face of block masonry. (ii) Walls of valve chamber shall be 200 mm thick made with precast cement concrete (1:5:8) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) solid building block, set in CM 1:6 complete. (iii) Internal and exposed surfaces of valve chamber both concrete and block masonry surface shall be plastered with CM (1:4), 15 mm thick finished even and smooth. (iv) 50 mm thick coping in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 over block masonry wall. (v) Entire plastered surfaces shall be treated with three coats of white wash. (vi) Chamber cover shall be of 6 mm thick fiber reinforced polymer (FRP) sheet with 30 x 30 x 5 mm size angle iron frame with hold fast and locking arrangement and steel surfaces shall be painted with two coats of synthetic paint of first quality over one coat of red oxide primer.

The enclosure shall provide a protection IP55 as per IEC-60529 for indoor application and IP65 + Canopy for Outdoor Application. The busbar Trunking shall comply with standard IEC 61439-6. The Bus duct enclosure consists of four C-ribbed section bars, bordered and riveted, with excellent mechanical, electric and heat loss efficiency. DEMOLITION AND DISMANTLING

Demolition of existing valve pit chamber of any dimension and making the surface good after moorum filling complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out old GI tube of 80 mm bore, medium grade, galvanized with all fittings, laid in trenches/ wall etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out old GI tube 65 mm bore, medium grade, galvanized with all fittings, laid in trenches/ wall etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out old GI tube 50/40 mm bore, medium grade, galvanized with all fittings, laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out old GI tube 25mm bore, medium grade, galvanized with all fittings, laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out old Sluice Valve, Non Return valve of any size complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out LT underground cable from trenches etc., aluminium conductor of size 6-25 sqmm 3.5/4 core including cable cover and GI tubing if any complete all as specified and directed. Note: Earthwork for this item shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Taking out old steel tubular poles/ PCC poles along with finial taper foundation, coping and earth work and making the surface smooth complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking down old security/ street light any capacity from pole, wall etc., fitting arrangement such as bracket, clamp, nut and bolt etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out old earthing pits any type conventional or chemical or tripod, from trenches and making the surface smooth including excavation and returning filling in complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old copper strip any size from wall/ roof with insulators etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old lightning arrestor, set of three with mounting acessories from existing four pole structure complete all as specified and directed.
