Kufri-Mahasu experiential Trail Development works at Eco-Development Committee Mahasu Peak, Kufri, Theog Division HPFD

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation and trenches (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth all lead lift and sorting out useful and unuseful material and transportation of unuseful material for disposing at dumping site(To be arranged by contractor ) as Directed by Engineer-in –charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: Foundation, footings and bases for columns.

Supplying, filling spreading & leveling stone boulders of size range 5 cm to 20 cm, in recharge pit, in the required Thickness, for all leads & lifts, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering- All work up to plinth level: 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand): 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

20 mm cement plaster on roughside of single or half brick wall of mix: (1cement: 4 Fine sand)

Providing and applying white cement-based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacture, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface: Water thinnable cement primer

Designing, conceptualization Printing, Art work Production, Providing and fixing Shop Information Sign Board comprising stainless steel frame fabricated from SS hollow sections, complete with printed ACP/MS panel displaying tourist information content, overall size 900 mm x 1500 mm, fixed on RCC concrete foundations of size 900 mm depth below ground level, including welding, fixing, lettering, transportation and all leads and lifts complete.
