Earthwork in excavation in foundation trenches in ordinary soil (vide classfication of soil item - A) and disposal of excavated earth a obtained to a distance up to 50M including all lifts with leveling ramming the foundation trenches removing roots of trees shurbs all complete as per approved design and per building specification and direction of E/I.

Extra for earth work in hard soil as per specification and direction of E/I. (vide classfication of soil item - B)

Earth filling in foundation trenches and plinth in layer not exceeding 150mm thick will watered rammed fully compacted and fine dressed with earth obtained from excavation of foundation trenched with a lead of 50mm and lift of 1.5M all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I. (Mode of measurement compacted volume).

Providing coarse clean sand in filling in foundation trenches or plinth including ramming and watering in layers not exceeding 150mm thick with all leads and lifts includng cost of all materials, Labour, rotalty and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I (Mode of measurement compacted volume).

Providing designation 75B brick work in C.M. (1:6) in foundation and plinth with approved quality of clean coarse sand of F.M. 2 to 2.5 including providing 10mm thick mortar joints, cost of screening maerials, raking out joints to 15mm depth, curing, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing designation 75A work in C.M. (1:6) in foundation and plinth with approved quality of clean coarse sand of F.m. 2 to 2.5 including providing 10mm thick mortar joints, cost of screening materials ranking out joints to 15mm depth, curing taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing designation 75Bbrick work in C.M. (1:6) in superstructure with approved quality of clean coarse sand of F.M. 2 to 2.5 including providing 10mm thick mortar joints costs of screening materials, scaffolding, raking out joints to 15mm depth curing taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing designation 125mm thick reinforced designation 75A brick work in (1:4) in superstructure with approved quality of clean coarse sand of F.M. 2 to 2.5 including the cost of screening carriage of materials, scaffolding, raking out joints to 15mm depth, curing, taxes and royalty (but excluding the cost of reinforcement0 all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing designation 100 A brick work with fly ash lime brick (FLAG) confirming to IS 12894-1990 (9"x4.5"x3") in C.M. (1:6) in foundation and plinth with approved uality of clean coarse sand of F.M. 2 to 2.5 including providing 10mm thick mortar joints, cost of screening materials, raking out joints to 15mm depth, curing, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.
