Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description and in any position.

S&F Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand -countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concreteand screwing etc; wind ties for roof including securing bolts;posts and struts in fencing including cutting topsto shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.)including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165.

S & F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc, with ends of bars shouldered and / or riveted, or forged into spikes ; framed guard bars ; barred iron doors ; ladders; framed balusters; walkways ; railings ; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and dircted

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulders masonry, built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., but excluding ashlars facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and dircted

M & L for precast PCC solid block masonary (1 : 3 : 6 ) (Using 20mm graded aggrigate ) straight or curved on plan exc. 10cm in width & set in CM 1 : 6 complete all as specified and dircted

M & L for rendering 15mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and fair complete.

M & L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including cornices, pilasters etc and applying two coats cement based paint over a coat of comitible primer all as specified and dircted

M & L for PCC 1:3:6, type C-2, using (40mm graded stone aggregate) as foundation, filling and mass concrete.

Dismantling fencing /wire mesh, any type all as specified and dircted

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type to any type of standard rails, straining bolts etc incl providing binding wire

Supply only chain link MS galvanized fencing size or type 75mm X 75mm with 4mm dia wire incl line wire and to any type of standard rails standard bolts etc incl binding wire (if minimum weight is not available then contractor has to provide next higher weight without extra cost)

M & L for preparation of new steel or iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete
