Fabrication, erection and hooking up of pipelines for new ABOVEGROUND FIRE HYDRANT at Pump house area, Ammonia Handling, Main Tank Farm, LPG Storage, Waste water Treatment Plants etc. in Petro - UC.

Fabrication and welding including DP testing of CS pipelines (up to 350 NB) for new ABOVEGROUND FIRE HYDRANT.

Erection of CS pipelines (up to 350 NB), ABOVE GROUND and underground, including hooking up with existing headers at Waste Water area, LPG storage area, Tank Farm, Ammonia Handling & Pump house area in Petro – UC with necessary fittings, valves, reinforcement pads, corrosion resistant pads etc.; and its clamping, providing guides etc. in accordance with the piping standards and the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Radiographic inspection of specified joints.

Applying Epoxy paint primer(75 DFT) & Epoxy finish paint(125DFT) after Surface preparation by mechanical means (shot blasting) to Sa2.5 surface finish for pipes and steel structural at all locations / elevations using epoxy metal primer and epoxy finish paint of FACT approved brands & quality, as per instructions of the Engineer-in-charge. This includes the cost of all consumables, materials, labour, scaffoldings etc.

Coating and Wrapping of underground pipelines up to 300mm above from the ground level– Application shall be one coat EPOXY COAL TAR paint on the pipe after thorough cleaning and wrap with corrosion resistant tape of 4 mm thick (conforms to IS 10221:1982)with 25% minimum overlap on each turn. Both Coating and Wrapping material shall be in contractor’s scope. Payment shall be made only for the area of wrapped portion of pipe.

EARTH WORK EXCAVATION AND BACKFILLING for Fabrication, erection and hooking up of new fire hydrant pipelines in Ammonia handling, Main Tank farm, LPG storage & Waste water Plants etc. in Petro –UC including de-watering of the excavated area. (Payment would be only for the running length of pipeline in Meters)

Cutting/chipping of existing RCC/PCC for erection of Fire hydrant

Fabrication of Anchoring supports for fixing on foundations, clamping, guides and other brackets/ supports etc. for piping using steel structural items provided as free issue by FACT. This also includes fixing of clamps.

Supply of pipe clamps of GI for all sizes of pipes (up to 350NB).

Supply of Bolt & Nut, M16 x 75 mm, A 307 Gr.B.

Supply of Bolt & Nut, M20 x 90 mm, A 307 Gr.B.

Supply of Bolt & Nut, M22 x 100 mm, A 307 Gr.B

Supply of Gasket, 3 MM Thk, Style-20, CAF.
