Brick massonary in C.M. (1:6) prop. with fly ash cement solid blocks of size 290mm x 225mm x 140mm including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, scaffolding charges, lifting charges, curing and labour charges for all items of works equipment and all other incidental and operational charges etc., complete as per standard specification referred and as per the direction of the departmental officers with required strength

Plastering with C.M (1:5) 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site from approved sources, including providing and removing necessary scaffolding, of all materials, labour charges, curing with all water leads and finishing smooth to perfect plumb including all other incidental and operational charges etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed during execution by departmental officers.

Refilling of excavated earth in foundations and trenches, sides of foundations and basement with intial lead in layers not exceeding 15cm thick consolidating each deposited layer by watering and ramming, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work

Painting two coats with synthetic enamel paint first grade to Old Iron work including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, sales & other taxes, incidental, operational and all labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work.

Supply & Fixing of Galvanized / Prepainted G.I.profiled sheets for roofing manufactured by JSW (colouron +) /Jindal/ Tata (Durashine) / any ISI make with the permission of site engineer of AZ 150GSM, of 0.50mm thick fixed to the purlins with 14size self drilling screw with neoprene washers. Side laps are stitched with self tapping / drilling screws. End laps are to be sealed with 25/3mm Butyl tape and the sheets are provided with anti capillary grove.

Painting to new walls with 2 coats of Plastic Emulsion Paint of approved brand and shade over a base coat of appropriate primer of approved brand, making 3 coats in all to give an even shade after thourughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for walls
