CHARPOY GI PIPE, CHARPOY IP HARD TOP AND MS SINGLE SLEEPING BUNK/DOUBLE SLEEPING BUNK (Drg No. FD-220, FD/MAP-II/01, FD-TP)

Removing of old unserviseable plywood top from Charpoy GI Pipe/Charpoy IP Hard Top/Sleeping bunk and S&F new plywood top of 12mm thick commercial plywood (ISI marked) confirming to IS 303, BWR grade of size 6.5'x3',over Bed/Charpoy with new nuts and bolts with washer/screws, complete, all as shown in their respective drawings and as directed.

Removing of old unserviceable MS flat iron Strip 900mm long x 50mm wide x 05mm thick ISI marked, from charpoy GI Pipe and fixing in position, complete all as shown on drawing & directed.

Welding to broken joint of long rail and short rail of Double sleeping bunk and MS single Sleeping bunk complete all as directed.

CHARPOY GI PIPE (Drg No. FD-220)

Removing of old unserviceable/broken Elbow and S&F new 03 way GI Elbow 65mm long of 32mm dia, ISI marked and fixing in position, complete, all as shown on drawing and directed.

Removing of old unserviceable/broken check nut and S&F new 06 mm thick ISI marked GI check nut of 32mm dia, complete, all as shown on drawing and directed.

Removing of old unserviceable long rail from existing charpoy GI pipe and S&F new long rail of 32mm dia medium grade GI pipe, ISI marked and threading the same 22mm long at one end and 52mm long at other end and fixing in position complete all as shown on drawing & directed.

Cutting and converting the old unserviceable long rail as retrieved vide Srl No. 2.03 here-in-before into two short rails and fixed to charpoy GI pipe duly threaded 22mm long at both side end, including removal of old and broken threaded short rails. (FD-220) complete all as specified & directed

Cutting and converting the old unserviceable short rail as retrieved vide Srl item No.2.04 here-in-before into two legs and fixed to charpoy GI pipe duly threaded 22mm long at one end including removal of old and broken unserviceable legs. (Note : Before placing the work order in respect of Srl item No. 2.03 to 2.05 of 'BOQ', the necessary cutting schedule be prepared and get approved from the Engineer-in-Charge).

CHAIR EASY ( Drg No. FD-229)

Removing of old/unserviceable plastic cane from Chair Easy and recanning the same in Godrej pattern with new plastic cane 02mm wide pure white half round gola type having thickness 0.4mm and border with 03mm wide plastic cane, all as shown on drg and directed.

CHAIR DINING ( Drg No. FD- 228, 279 )

Removing of old/unserviceable plastic cane from Chair Easy and recanning the same in Godrej pattern with new plastic cane 02mm wide pure white half round gola type having thickness 0.4mm and border with 03mm wide plastic cane all as shown on drg and directed.

CHAIR WRITING ( Drg No. FD-250, 280)

Removing of old/unserviceable plastic cane from Chair dining and recanning the same in Godrej pattern with new plastic cane 02mm wide pure white half round gola type having thickness 0.4mm and border with 03mm wide plastic cane all as shown on drg and directed.

CHAIR VERANDAH (Drg No. FD-359 & 256)

Cutting and removing of old cane/newar from Chair verandah and applying one coat of synthetic enamel white paint after preparation of surfaces and re-canning in Godrej pattern with cane plastic 04 mm wide of approved quality complete all as shown on drawing and directed. (Make of Plastic cane : Aryan/Shah/Premier).

Welding to broken joints of Chair varandah all as directed.

Note:- The total shall subject to adjustment of credit of Rs 38979.50 for old Materials as per Schedule of Credit.
