Providing and fixing first class teak wood 35 mm thick fully panelled shutters or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note:- Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately)

Providing and fixing ISI : 12817 marked stainless steel butt hinges of size 125x64x1.90 mmwith stainless steel screws etc. complete :

Providing and fixing bright finished brass tower bolts 200x10 mm (barrel type) with necessary screws etc. complete :

Providing and fixing bright finished brass tower bolts (barrel type) with necessary screws etc. complete : 150x10 mm

Providing and fixing bright finished brass door latch 300x16x5 mm with necessary screws etc. complete :

Providing and fixing bright finished brass handles 125 mm with screws etc. complete:

Providing and fixing bright finished 100mm brass hard drawn hooks and eyes

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor of size 600x600 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS : 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints.

Plastering with C.M. 1:4 (one cement four sand), 12mm thick for walls inside and outside with necessary scaffolding and thread lines, including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete.

Finishing surfaces with MRF or equlant polish glossy or matt finish with PU sealer coat two or more coats by using sprayer with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface :

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Wall painting with two coat premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Painting with synthetic enamel paint one or more coats on old work of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade

Renewing float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm), with wooden fillets wherever necessary

Taking out existing door/window shutter, repair by cutting, painting etc. and refixing of repaired door shutters to existing door frames, including replacement of hinges with screws, etc. as required, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (steel or wood) of area 3 sq. metres and below including stacking within 50 metres lead :

Providing and fixing powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for fixed portion of doors, windows ,sliding windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :

Providing and fixing 4 mm thick Aluminium Partition Panels, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing glazing with float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/sqm)) in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item)
