Excavation for roadway in soil using manual means for carrying of cut earth to embankment site with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead up to 50 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with tractor mounted grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes 63mm to 45mm to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 KN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding material to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting 7.50cm thickness to the required density Grading-2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes 53mm to 22.4mm to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting 7.50cm thickness to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Laying brick soling layer on prepared sub-grade with brick on edging according to lines, graded and cross-section shown on the drawing filling joints with sand and earth, spreading 25 mm thick layer of earth over brick soling, watering and rolliing as per Technical Specification Clause 412 (As Brick Edging)

Providing and applying prime coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing, laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 (13.2mm & 11.20mm in 2:1) mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen VG-10 to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508.(By Paver & hot Mix Plant)

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C, as per Technical Specification Clause 510 (By Paver & hot Mix Plant)

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete pipe NP3 for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry 350 mm dia NP-3 grade

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5
