Excavation for road way in hilly areas in all heights and depths and in all kinds of soil by manual/ mechanical means, including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, soft rock, hard rock chiseling or wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil complete including setting out true to the required lines grades, cutting and trimming of side slopes, camber, super elevation and levels shown as per the drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge complete in conformity with the requirements of MORD Technical Specification clause 302,304 and1603 and sorting out and stacking of useful materials with in all leads and lifts of material in acquired road width and transporting of un-useful materials for filling in road ways, camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus materials to required width of road or on approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load or animal transport or by mechanical means including leveling, fine dressing and carriage of machineries, materials, tools, equipments and safety measures and other incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour if required. Any loss to the public/private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be compensated by him to the extent of damage occurred in all cases.

Earth work in excavation in foundation for all types of structures such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains, parapets and other similar structures in all kinds and classification of soil, including saturated soil comprising of ordinary mix soil, ordinary rock, hard rock, chiseling/ wedging out rocks (where blasting is prohibited) complete in accordance with the lines and dimensions shown on the drawings, including setting out, construction of shoring, bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of excavated material upto any leads and lifts including dressing of sides and bottom and obstructions necessary for placing the foundations, trimming, leveling ramming and watering bottom of excavation and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable approved materials to the original surface in layers not exceeding 15cm (fifteen centimeter) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub-soil water) up to any depth and any quantum of water and cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering complete as per drawing and MORD Technical Specification clause 305.1 and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain cement concrete 1:5:10 (One cement isto five sand isto ten graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm(Forty millimeter) nominal size), in or under water in Retaining wall/breast wall and the like etcetera complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering (surface/sub soil water)including removal of slush which may arise at time of laying under water for all heights/depths and any quantum of water, including cost of form work and curing complete for 14 (fourteen) days and as per drawing and MORD Technical specification section 800, 900,1200 and 1600 and as per entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, GST, toll tax, sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 100mm (one Hundred millimeter) dia ISI marked P.V.C. pipe Weep Holes in brick masonry/stone masonry plain/ reinforcement concrete abutments, wing wall/ return wall, retaining walls and breast walls, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1(V): 20H (One vertical isto twenty Horizontal) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 614,709,1204.3.7 and as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete, including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rates including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, GST, toll tax, sale tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Back filling behind abutment Retaining wall/Breast wall, Wing walls and the like with approved granular materials complete as per drawings and MORD technical specification clause 1604.7 and section 300 as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, GST, toll tax, sale tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement isto four sand isto eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeter) nominal size) for plain cement concrete, in or under water in open foundation for all types of structures, including pumping or bailing out water/ dewatering (surface/sub-soil water) and including removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying under water for all heights/depth and any quantum of water including cost of form work and curing complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material with in all leads lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain cement concrete Grade M-15 (M-Fifteen) Nominal mix 1:2½:5 (one cement isto two and half sand isto five graded crushed stone aggregate (40mm) forty millimeter nominal size) in open foundation or under water, including pumping or bailing out water/ dewatering (surface and sub-soil water) and removal of the slush which may arise at the time of laying under water, for all heights/depths and any quantum of water, in open foundation etcetera including cost of form work and curing complete as per MORD technical specification section 800, 900 & 1200 and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, GST, toll tax, sale tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain cement concrete Grade-M20 (M-Twenty) Nominal mix 1:2:4 (one cement isto two sand isto four graded crushed stone aggregate (40mm) forty millimeter nominal size) in or under water in open foundation for all types of structure and the like in Catchpit flooring etcetera, including cost of form work and curing complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification section 800, 900 & 1200 and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge, including pumping or bailing out water/dewatering (surface and sub-soil water) and removal of the slush which may arise at the time of laying under water for all heights/depths and any quantum of water complete including carriage of materials up to all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rates including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, GST, toll tax, sale tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying (to level or slope) 900mm dia (Nine hundred millimeter) diametre reinforced cement concrete light duty non pressure pipes IS Class NP-2 for culverts on first class bedding or granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 (One cement isto two sand) but excluding the cost of excavation, protection works, back filling, pipe bedding concrete and masonry work in head walls and parapets as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause 1101.5 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, GST, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.
