COMPREHENSIVE MAINTAINANCE OF BMS SYSTEM AT WSA AT AIRFORCE STATION TEZPUR UNDER GE AF TEZPUR

Material & Labour for preventive and comprehensive maintenance of Building Management System (BMS) installed at building no. B6 ( BMS ROOM) includes BMS software, supervisory controllers, field controllers, field devices and shielded flexible cable and connected system installed at different locations at building No. B1, B2, B3, B4 ,B5 and B6. MAKE -SIEMENS through OEM i,e M/s Siemens or authorised dealer/service agent/channel partner of M/S SIEMENS duly authorised by M/S SIEMENS to carry out the job on their behalf as per MOU for the following components/parts/system by servicing/repairing/maintenance and including replacement of defective parts/system and when required to keep the system fully functional for 24x7 complete all as directed. Note: 1. An expert engineer/technician having sound knowledge of above mentioned BMS shall be deployed at site for general shift on all working days to carry out daily maintenance/checking of the system. This will ensure the performance of the utilities. In addition to that 4 Nos Preventive Maintenances will be carried out by trained professionals on quarterly basis. He will be made to stay at a nearby area to attend any emergency work at site during holiday/off hours also. 2. All the visit covered under quoted rate, the person deputed by service provider shall make a service report, which will be signed by Engr-in-chage and service provider and will retain in record. 3. Free repair/replacement of the parts for the equipment covered under comprehensive AMC subject to the exclusions listed hereunder. Such replacement of faulty parts shall became the property of service provider. 4. Building No. B1- 31 AHUs, Building No. B2- 25 AHUs, Building No. B3- 16 AHUs, Building No. B4- 06 AHUs, Building No. B5- 02 AHUs. NOTE : Details of role and responsibilites have been elaborated in para 12 of PS page No 82 and the same shall be referred before quoting the rates.
