M&L for removing all connections, bindings etc of ACSR/AAC conductor on existing LT poles & stretching of ACSR/AAC conductor upto required sag of any size and cross section of conductor and stretching of GI wire on existing pole including making necessary connection & binding with binding wire including cutting of tree branches from both sides upto the stress on each side complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply & Fixing in replacement of existing PCC/Steel pole with new steel tubular poles complete with cast iron base plate, final taper, plug, bolts, nuts & washers as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.0 mtr long) including re-fixing of removed accessoreis such as ACSR/AAC conductor, cables, street light fittings, clamps, nuts & bolts etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.Note :- Excavation, MS work and PCC work will be measured and paid separately.

Taking down unsv pin type insulator and providing new pin type, porcelain vitreous white brown or green insulator including one galvanized mild steel spindles, two galvanized iron washers and one galvanized iron nut 100mm height, 65 mm dia for 1100 Volt grade complete all as specified. Make BHEL/Pactil/Rastriya/Jaipuria.

M&L for replacement of shackle type porcelain, vitreous white brown or insulator working under 1100 volts grade , pressure of height 75 mm & 90mm dia insulators, dia of bolt 12mm , section of straps 31 x 3mm, washers, nuts complete all as specified & directed. Make Pactil/BHEL/Rastriya//Jaipuria.

Taking down U/S stay assy and M&L for stay assy comprising of MS stay plate of size 23cmx23cmx6mm thick, stay rod with nuts 215cm ling 20mm dia , MS/GI stay bow 40cm lingh with 2 Nos GI thimbles, galvanized stay wire standard size 7/4mm of suitable length, loop insulation size 65x90mm clearance of hole 16mm & other accessories including excavation earth work & PCC work complete all as per SSR Pt-1 plate No-1 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : MS clamps will be measured & paid separately in respected items.

M&L for cleaning away all grass, vegetation, saplings, shrubs, undergrowth, roots and trees up to 50 cm girth from the area surrounding of E/M installations, under HT&LT over head lines, 4/2 pole structures, transforemer, installations, yards, surrounding valve chamers and removing the rubbish upto a distance 50 mtr outside the periphery of the area under clearance and dressing the area etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down rusted/unsv mild steel work and M&L for mild steel work as in cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot , drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of cradles, hexagonal/ rectangular fabricated with galvanised steel wire of size 4mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge.

M&L in repalcement of existing any type or any size aluminium conductor, steel reinforced including binding wire and jumper connect with PG clamp made out of aluminium alloy accodring to IS-617 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches/post holes in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth for laying of pipes and for poles/stay and struts not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out, excavated earth, forming bottom surfaces to required level complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- (a) Contractors representative incl 01 x Electrician and 01x Mazdoor will report to Engr-in-charge/ JE E/M ( Ext Elect) daily at for noon and afternoon to collect routine/urgent works related to Ext Elecctric supply till completion of contract. The work shall be attended by the contractor immediately. The contractor will ensure availability of manpower equipped with all sort of petty items such as insulation tape, Jumpers , insulators , nuts, bolts, washers etc required to accomplish the job. The contractor will also ensure as availability of every type of requiste T&P and Mobile phone to his trades man. All routine/urgent jobs recived on job slip will be repaired & got signature of user's and will be deposited to JE E/M with in 24hrs. In case of any delay in attending the complaint more than 12hrs after handing over of routine/urgent works, the contractor shall be liable to pay the penalty as described in penalty caluse given here as under.
