Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of Water Treatment Plant of 4.58 MLD capacity ( in the shape of rapid sand filter) of RCC construction in concrete design mix of grade M-30 (for hydraulic structures) & M-30 ( for building work) as per proper design & drawing with all structural requirements including cost of construction of cutting for site development , C/o. retaining wall ,civil works, hoisting and errection of all steel works, providing and installation of all mechanical Electrical equipments/accessories, laying of all interconnecting GI/MSERW pipes and scouring arragements from all units with disposal of the same to appropriate place i.e. nearby nallah/khud/natural drainage, all types of valves, fittings and all other contingent works including cost of site development to adjust hydraulic levels as per proper layout contour plan at village Bounger & capable of taking input and giving output as laid down in chapter-1 of NIT under all climatic conditions specified therein. The treatment plant includes C/O. OHSR of 2,66,000 ltrs. cap. for 6.00 mtrs. staging height, Inlet chamber, Raw Water Tank,Presetteling tank,pashal flume, Alum solution tanks, Alum solution dozer, Lime solution tanks, Flash mixer , flocculator, Settling tank, Rapid Sand Filter, Back wash arrangement, Back wash pump and piping, Back wash pump house, Disinfection, water tank, Foundation of various units, By Pass arrangement, Scour arrangement, Plant Building, Bearing capacity test, Laboratory equipment and furniture , Interconnecting paths, Walk ways, Boundary Wall, Inlet channel with ultra sonic channel flow meter, Chemical house with chemical handling and feeding arrangements, Providing and fixing of lighting arrangements with CUB LED lights of 25 Watts with in the boundry limit of plant area, The hydraulic design & capacity/sizes of all the important units shall be based on latest guidelines of Manual of Water Supply and Treatment published by CPHEEO, Ministry of Urban development (GOI) New Delhi. The structural design of various units shall strictly conform to relevant BIS Codes and specifications. Refer to Data Sheet No. - 15 and Common design parameter for further details ) i/c design, drawing & vetting complete in all respect.
Pump House:- Designing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning (to be approved by the competent authority) of Pump Houses at following Locations including all allied Civil Works, internal & external Electrical work wiring, Sanitay work, excavation in foundation in all kinds of soils, c/o Toilets, c/o Septic Tanks of capacity for required users, internal and external solar powered Street lighting, external landscaping, dewatering including P/F 3/5/10 Tonne Chain Pulley / Gantry alongwith MS rail along longitudinal wall of approved ISI make electrically operated alongwith all allied accessories and painting with asian apex ultima with priming coat and wall putty and fire fighting system complete as directed by engineer in charge. (Ref data sheet No. 2 & 3 for further details.). The contractor shall provide 6 sets of approved drawing with design and one soft copy to the department. Main Balancing Reservior and Sector Reserviors:- Designing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning (to be approved by the competent authority) RCC Circular under ground/partial under ground storage reservoirs as per capacity given below at various stages/sites including excavation in foundation in all kinds of soil. including PCC (1:3:6) in foundation and M:30 design mix in bottom slab/raft ,walls and beams. And RCC (1:2:4) in roof slab/dome with provision of inspection path around the dome with all alied Civil Works such as c/o chamber for valves, refilling and disposing of surplus excavated earth with in all leads and lifts. The job also includes providing lowering, laying, erecting, hoisting and jointing of pipe assembly for inlet, outlet, overflow and scour pipe with bye pass arrangement consisting of GI / MS pipes special and valves of required classes and dia and all other accessories required such as MS ladders inside and outside, CI cowl type ventilator, SFRC manhole covers with frames of heavy duty with proper locking arrangement, water level indicator. The tanks shall be hydraulically tested for water tightness, All works shall be conforming to relevant IS code. The cost of valves,bulk meter/ flow meter shall be included in the rates of tanks .complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge .The contractor shall provide 6 sets of approved drawing and design to the department including cost of site development required as per site conditions. Fencing work around all the civil works such as intake structure , Pump Houses, MBRs, SRs & quarters etc. one metre high fencing over brick masonery 1.80 mtr high ISA 50x50x5 mm post @ 2.50 mtr centre to centre including with nine horizontal lines and two diagonal of Galvanised mild steel barbed wire confirming to IS:278-1962-type-1, weighting 9.38kg/100mtr minimum strained and fixed to post with proper fastening arrangement. The ISA post shall be embeded 450 mm deep in C:C 1:2:4 with proper fastening arrangement protected with using suitable primer and anti corrosive paint level difference at different points shall be suitabily taken care so as to look asthetically good including cost of excavation foundation concrete , brick masonery , plastering and providing and fixing M.S. Gate of suitable size where required complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.The contractor shall provide 6 sets of approved drawing and design with one soft copy. Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of star rated enrgy efficient Raw water submersible pumping set of KSB/Calama/ Johnston/ Crompton/BS/ SABAR/ Oswal/ Kirloskar makes conforming to latest relevant BIS Code 8034:1976. The pump should be fitted with bronze impeller or suitable alloys suitable for handling Raw water having grease packed bearings and shaft with wound stator on motor side and with soft protection sleeve on pump side ensuring better life for shaft coupled to a submersible squirrel cage electric induction motor (water proof type) of required HP & 2900/1450 rpm of reputed make conforming to BIS 9283-1979 latest with upto date amendments, totally dust and water proof for submersible duty isolated from the pump by intermediate casing with double mechanical seal in oil chamber and grease packed lubricated bearings and provided with stainless steel thrust bearing plate to with stand non vertical loads with minimum wear and tear. It should also be fitted with a device to take up expansion of water with the heating of motor. The pump set should include water level guards, erection clamps , cable clips, depth gauge NRV & Sluice valves of approved class etc. The work should be completed to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in – Charge. The rates shall be for complete Job to run the machinery in proper working order and shall meet the design requirements in view of large fluctuation of 57.55 mtrs in the level of GovindSagar reservoir (Satluj) with LWL= 454.60 mtrs.and HFL = 512.15 mtrs. . Providing, laying, jointing (by way of circumfrential butt welded joints in three layers by electrical arc welding) and testing of MSERW pipe of following dia meters confirming to ISO 3183-2012, (latest with upto date amendments) having wall thickness and grade as specified below with bevelled ends and capable of withstanding required test pressure in a random length of 4 to 7 meters, including manufacturing reducers / tapers , all short pieces, bends etc. as per site requirement made from parent tubes . The laying of pipe shall include all operation such as cutting, welding, jointing, fabrication of bends, tees etc. including lowering and laying in excavated trenches to ensure required level including flushing, cleaning and hydraulic testing complete in all respects to the satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. The fabricated bends shall have three or four cuts having its radius not less than five times the dia of pipe. The pipes shall be factory galvanized (zinc coating both inside and outside) as per IS:4736-1986 (with upto date ammendments) with mass of Zinc Coating shall be as per relevent code .The welding electrodes shall be as per IS 814:2004 of Advani Oerlikon/LT or IS marked make. Negative tolerance in thickness and mass of pipes will not be accepted.The rates also includes entire carriage of material ,flushing ,cleaning and hydroulic testing complete to the best satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts. AUTOMATION OF ENTIRE SYSTEM : The tenderer/firm shall automate the scheme a/w Pumping machinery & other units (as per Technical Specifications given in Vol-II) scheme upto 3 Nos pump houses(As decided by the Engineer-in-Charge) and shall be automated in such a way that these are automattically operated at pre fixed hours/ time or any other logic decided by the department and operated from main SCADA centre at Kut Bounger,Gangloh,Paploa Pump houses. The entire automation is to be carried out as per the technical data sheets for Electrical, Instrumentation and automation works Volume III in accordance with the technical specifications for automation attached in Volume II. Electromagnetic flow meters of approved makes shall be provided at each storage reservoir outlets and its output in the shape of total quantum of water delivered in a hour day and month shall be generated at main control station. GSM based devices shall be installed at each tank location, which shall send massages through SCADA station at remote access location at WTP Kut Bounger. This data transmission system at each tank consists of field instruments for providing digital and analog signals to data transfer module. This module will have a communication to web data transfer system modle communication. The Control/RTU station will have control station with programmable graphic process, mimics, real time and historical trending face plate and group display, alarm management and report with Laser Jet printers and required furniture. At each tank locations controlling devices shall be installed with water meter sensors, flow transmitters, level transmitters in each tank. Installation of hardware along with commissioning/ programming as per user requirement shall be done. The detailed automation proposal shall be got approved by the firm from the Competent authority. Firm has to incorporate all the inputs and outputs suggested by the department in the SCADA. To automised the scheme up to 3 Nos Pump houses (Decision for finalisation of proposal lies with the department without assigning any reason)as per relevent data sheet and scope of work.
