Material and labour for seamless plaster of paris false ceiling comprising of Gl frame work with Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre including necessary hangers 6mm dia GI adjustable strip suspenders up to 1200mm long fixed to roof slab(using concrete drill) by suitable GI fasten with and including panel for ceiling (12mm thick Plaster of Paris board seamless 1200mmx1800mm size) with self-tapping screw finishing covering the joints with fiber tape and ceiling compound 48 mm wide fibre tape to provide seam less finish and surface finish as specified (particular specification 18.2 ) completely all as specified and as directed. Note: The rate is inclusive of frame work, POP panel and surface finish nothing extra shall be paid on this account

Supply and fix aluminium powder coated section as in framed partition wall fully glazed using standard aluminium section one or more rebates with joint clip cleats, glazing clips etc and fixing one end of partition wall to wall and other end anchored to existing wall/ceiling as per site condition with suitable fixing arragements complete all as specified and directed. Note : Glass panel filling shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix 5.5mm thick frosted glass in squares exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane including rubber neoprene packing snap beading etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Aluminium frame shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Supply and fixing 19/20mm thick prelaminated particle board both side decorative lamination , interior grade with to timber frame work complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix PVC wall panelling of surface laminated any pattern and any shape of 7 to 10mm thickness and any colour at any position inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at over a grid of PVC frame installed on the wall, which works as a base to install the PVC wall panels. Each panel have to interlock with each other complet all as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fix PVC Supply and fix for 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame, complet all as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M & L Preparation of old distempered and painted surfaces including washing, rubbing down and stopping by brooming down , scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of Distemper oil emulsion on wall surfaces.

Material and labour for one coat of white wash on old ceiling surfaces including necessary preparation all as specified and as directed

Material and Labour for point wiring complete using 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor, stranded cable FRLS upto and including working voltage 1100volts grade, ISI marked, drawn through and including non metalic rigid PVC conduit including all accessories such as bend, tee, junction boxes, elbows etc concealed including modular steel terminal sunken boxes for fixing modular fittings of size 1.2mm thick fixed with brass screws and unsheathed copper conductor stranded cable FRLS earth continuity wire connected to DBs/sunken boxes/fittings of size 1.5 Sqmm cross sectional area and all other metal parts with earth dolly for following complete all as specified and as directed:- (a) one light point or fan point controlled by one switch 6 Amps.

(b) one 3 pin socket outlet 6 Amps on independent board

All as per Item No.32 above, but 4 Sqmm size copper conductor cable FRLS and 4 Sqmm copper earth wire cable FRLS drawn through PVC conduit suitable size including provision of conduit and conduit accessories for power point/AC point on independent board.

Supply and fix Modular switch one way 6A, 1 Module complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Modular switch one way 16A, 1 Module complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Modular socket outlet 6A, 2/3 pin Module complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Modular socket outlet 16A, 2 Module complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Ceiling rose in polycarbonate 3 plates flush type 6 Amps, 230 volts AC complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Sub main wiring using four runs of single core PVC insulated cable(FR) 6 sqmm copper conductor multi stranded and two runs of 6 sqmm copper conductor insulated cable (FR)using as earth wire drawn through and including non metallic PVC conduit pipe ISI marked of size 32 sq mm including taking down old aluminium/Copper Sub main wirng complete all as specified and directed. Note- 6 run of 6 sq mm PVC copper wire and One run of PVC conduit shall be measured and paid as one unit.

Supply and fix in repairs Distribution board (DB) made out of sheet metal enclosure (CRCA sheet), dust and vermin proof, TPN 4 way with 200 Amps rated copper bus bar double door protection, neutral bar,earth bar, triple pole and neutral 415 volts,MCBs used as incommer Double door, flush to wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Distribution board (DB) made out of sheet metal enclosure (CRCA sheet), dust and vermin proof, SPN 8 way with 200 Amps rated copper bus bar double door protection, neutral bar, earth bar, single pole and neutral 240 volts, MCBs used as incommer Double door, flush to wall complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: MCBs shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and Fixing of RCCB, 4 pole, 420 Volts, 300mA of rating 63Amp , 50Hz with 10kA short circute withstand capacity for earth leakage protection fixed properly at directed location including connecting and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Material and Labour for Sub main wiring using 2 runs of PVC insulated cable(FRLS) 6 sqmm copper conductor multi stranded and one run of 6 sqmm copper conductor insulated cable (FRLS) using as earth wire and drawn in to and including rigid conduit including all accessories as bend,tee,junction boxes elbows etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : 3 runs of 6 Sqmm cable and PVC conduit shall be measured one unit length.

Material and labour for Sub main wiring using two runs of single core PVC insulated cable(FR) 4 sqmm copper conductor multi stranded and one run of 4 sqmm copper conductor insulated cable (FR)using as earth wire drawn through and including suitable size non metallic rigid PVC conduit not less than 25mm dia with accessories including taking down old aluminium/Copper Sub main wirng complete all as specified and directed. Note- 3 run of 4 sq mm PVC copper wire and One run of PVC conduit shall be measured and paid as one unit.

Supply and fix LED tube light fitting with tube decorative ultra slim round profile LED lighting fixtures 18 Watt with extruded polycarbonate, envirmental friendly energy efficient ready to use pack, accessories prewired and connecting up complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fix LED recess suitable for false ceiling 2 ft X2 ft, 36 watts , 240 volts AC supply with high efficiency diffuser softglare free light and connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor of suitable size complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix energy efficient BEE 6.00, 6 star rated high speed BLDC ceiling fan with remote, air delivery 210 CFM, 1200mm sweep, including motor-blade set, downrod, shackle, assembly kit, canopy , remote etc, Operating voltage 230 volt single phase complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for extension of ceiling fan Down rod of size 20 mm dia medium grade steel tub, for existing ceiling fan up to a length suitable to comes just below the false ciling including painting of two coat synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including necessary welding and drilling works complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and install hi-wall split type AC unit indoor/ outdoor complete with cordless remort control unit and with in built air ioniser and plasma filter for better indoor air quality with with inverter AC single phase with all accessories of capacity 2 TR, 5 star rating as per BEE norms and fixed with necessary copper pipe and MS bracket duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer for fixing external compressor unit all as specified and as directed.
