Repair to potholes n.exc 1.00 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads etc cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth by applying tack coat@ 5Kg per 10 Sqm putting in bituminous macadom well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm, binded with 0.09 cum of stone chipping, 6.3mm size and again well rammed (incl supply of premixed macadum, binder and chippings), depth of pot holes n. exc. 30mm all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bituminous primer 80/100 (VG 10 ) grade at 5 kg per 10 sq metre complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight by total mix, using paving Bitumen 60/70 (VG 30 ) grade, laid by mechnical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by 8-10 Ton Vibro Roller complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M & L for road line painting 100mm wide or as directed with golden/yellow/white thermostatic compound with reflectorised glass beads on bituminous road, providing and laying of hot applied thermostatic compound 2.00 mm thick including glass beads @ 250 gm per sqm area, thickness 2.0 mm is exclusive of surface applied, glass beads as per IRC-35 cleaning of old road marking paint, the finish surface to be level and uniform and free from streaks and holes in addition where arrows or letter to be provided thermostatic compound may be hard spalayed. The colour of compound shall be as directed

S&F in repairs Çat Eyes reflector of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm moulded in ABS PC allow with PMMA lens reflector complete and fixed with 3 m pipe spike all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note : Model No DA-972 O of Dark eye or equivalent.

S&Fin repairs metal tubular delineator made out of 45mm dia MS Pipe of 600mm total height, duly powder coated and 100mm dia high quality and durable glass reflector made of top quality weather resistance plastic material (thermo plastic polyester clastomer), 3 bands of green/red/yellow reflactor of size 25mm wide strips with metal jalli for reflector protection, embeded in PCC (1:2:4) 150 x 150 x 300mm size
